Section 1601. The School District agrees to develop job descriptions and job responsibilities for 27 classified employees covered by this Agreement. Section 1601. This Contract shall conform in all respects with the regulations of the United States Government with respect to the control of wages under authority granted to the President of the United States by Act of Congress. Nothing herein shall be held to conflict with any such regulation. Section 1602. It is agreed by the parties that dispatchers will not be required to be in contact with prisoners except in extreme emergencies. In such event (except in restroom areas) a certified officer will be present. In the event a female employee is required to observe a female prisoner in a restroom area, a certified officer will maintain visual contact with the female employee. This section will be followed according to Farmington Special Order No. 97-020, and its successors.
