Section 15.6. 16 Employees required to drive personal vehicles from one site to another in the course of their regular 17 work will receive mileage allowance at the adopted District rate.
Section 15.6. All filings for such Patent Term Extensions shall be made by MedImmune; provided, that in the event that MedImmune elects not to file for a Patent Term Extension, MedImmune shall (a) promptly inform Inovio of its intention not to file and (b) grant Inovio the right to file for such Patent Term Extension. Each Party shall execute such authorizations and other documents and take such other actions as may be reasonably requested by the other Party to obtain such extensions. The Parties shall cooperate with each other in gaining patent term restorations, extensions and/or SPCs wherever applicable to such Inovio Patent Rights.
Section 15.6. 29 Employees who are asked to assume additional responsibilities and duties of a nature greatly beyond their 30 original job description should immediately request that a new job description be written and that their job 31 be reclassified accordingly. Requests shall be made to the Director of Employee Services or designee, 33 shall include an outline of the additional duties/responsibilities that have been assigned and the reasons 34 why the position should be reclassified. A decision will be rendered by the Director of Employee Services 35 or designee within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request.
Section 15.6. 5 Employees authorized to remain overnight on District business shall be reimbursed for reasonable 6 room and board expenses.
Section 15.6. 36 The District shall issue a supplemental paycheck, in those cases of underpayment, within five (5) 37 working days of the agreed upon discrepancy.
Section 15.6. 26 27 For the period of September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2026, the 2022-2023 each cell of the salary 28 schedule located in Schedule A shall be increased by the implicit price deflator plus one percent. 30 For the period of September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025, each cell of the salary schedule located 31 in Schedule A shall be increased by the implicit price deflator plus one percent.

Section 15.6. 11 The District shall reimburse the cost of security checks, food service handler’s permit, background 12 investigations, production of records, finger printing, physical examination, commercial driver license 13 testing, out-of-pocket expense required as a condition of continued employment. This does not include 14 costs necessary to obtain personal basic driver license renewals.
