Rural. Business-Cooperative Service; Farm Service Agency, hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”, as SELLER, agrees to sell to the PURCHASER named below, and said purchaser agrees to buy, the property identified hereinafter, subject to the CONDITIONS OF SALE on pages 3 and 4 hereof which are incorporated and made part hereof.

Rural. Any area in a county which is not a part of a Metropolitan Statistical Area or any “pocket” within a Metropolitan Statistical Area which, at the option of the State Agency and with USDA concurrence, is determined to be geographically isolated from urban areas.
Rural. Land uses that typically do not require services such as central water and sewer systems, paved roads, park and recreation services, storm drainage and similar such services, and are generally considered to be rural in nature. (Discuss ag uses that are primarily permitted in the county.) Uses the County will allow within the 3- mile area.

Rural. Metro also may terminate this Agreement and Executive's employment without Cause at any time by giving sixty (60) days prior written notice to Executive. In the event this Agreement and Executive's employment are terminated by Rural/Metro without Cause, Executive shall receive the Severance Benefits pursuant to paragraph 9. Rural/Metro may place Executive on a paid administrative leave, and bar or restrict Executive's access to Rural/Metro facilities, contemporaneously with or at any time following the delivery of the written notice to Executive.
