Rural. Business-Cooperative Service; Farm Service Agency, hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”, as SELLER, agrees to sell to the PURCHASER named below, and said purchaser agrees to buy, the property identified hereinafter, subject to the CONDITIONS OF SALE on pages 3 and 4 hereof which are incorporated and made part hereof.

Rural. Metro re-clarifies the understanding as to Bob Xxxxxx'x xxxition, responsibility and reporting structure as follows: - Bob Xxxxxx xxxl serve as President and CEO of Southwest companies with direct management authority over the Arizona ambulance operations of Rural/Metro except where the fire department personnel directly operates the ambulance unit. In this capacity he shall report directly to Bob Xxxxxxx xx to Warrxx Xxxxxxx xxx not to any Regional President. - Bob Xxxxxx xxxees to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Rural/Metro Corporation. - Bob Xxxxxx xxxl serve in a senior executive position as a vice-president of Rural/Metro (reference: Employment Agreement and Letter of Intent) reporting to the office of the CEO under the direction of Warrxx Xxxxxxx.
Rural. Any area in a county which is not a part of a Metropolitan Statistical Area OR any “pocket" within a Metropolitan Statistical Area which, at the option of the state agency and with USDA concurrence, is determined to be geographically isolated from urban areas.
Rural. On-site response shall not exceed six (6) hours. Service Technician shall provide a telephone call, or e-mail to the Location within two (2) hours of initial service call to the Contractor; and 12.15.3
Rural. Metro will require any successor (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) to all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of Rural/Metro or any of its subsidiaries to expressly assume and agree to perform this Agreement in the same manner and to the same extent that Rural/Metro or any subsidiary would be required to perform it if no such succession had taken place. Failure of Rural/Metro to obtain such assumption and agreement prior to the effectiveness of any such succession shall be a breach of this Agreement and shall entitle you to compensation in the same amount and on the same terms to which you would be entitled hereunder if you terminate your employment for Good Reason following a Change of Control, except that for purposes of implementing the foregoing, the date on which any such succession becomes effective shall be deemed the Termination Date. As used in this Agreement, "Rural/Metro" shall mean Rural/Metro as hereinbefore defined and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law or otherwise. 12
Rural. 1 within 25 miles for 90% of Enrollees in the MMIP’s service area, Networks will be subject to confirmation through Readiness Reviews and on an annual basis. For any Covered Services for which Medicare requires a more rigorous network adequacy standard than described above, including time, distance, and/or minimum number of providers or facilities, the MMIP must meet the Medicare requirements. Medicare network standards account for the type of service area (e.g. rural, urban, suburban, etc.), travel time, and minimum number of the type of providers, as well as distance in certain circumstances. The State and CMS may grant exceptions to these general rules to account for patterns of care for Medicare-Medicaid Enrollees but will not do so in a manner that will dilute access to care for Enrollees.
Rural. Metro also may terminate this Agreement and Executive's employment without Cause at any time by giving sixty (60) days prior written notice to Executive. In the event this Agreement and Executive's employment are terminated by Rural/Metro without Cause, Executive shall receive the Severance Benefits pursuant to paragraph 9. Rural/Metro may place Executive on a paid administrative leave, and bar or restrict Executive's access to Rural/Metro facilities, contemporaneously with or at any time following the delivery of the written notice to Executive.
Rural. USDA has defined rural to mean any area in a county which is not part of a Metropolitan Statistical Area, or any pocket within a Metropolitan Statistical Area that may be determined to be geographically isolated from an urban area. If the applicant is expanding into an area not clearly rural, justification should be provided in order to assist CACFP to determine if the area could be defined as rural. Applicants may contact their public library, county planning office or CACFP for assistance in determining rural status.
Rural. Medical Administrator (RMA) is a Rural Medical Practitioner who meets the requirements of an RMP and who has administrative responsibility for a unit or a significant program or programs within rural and remote practice.
