RTA. The Resident understands the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act 2006, S.O. 2006, c 18, does not apply to Residence accommodation.

Within ten (10) business days of receiving a written request for a Protective Election, HoldCo shall (and, to the extent within their respective power to do so, Expedia and the Founders shall cause HoldCo to) provide such Founder with copies of all documents as were reasonably requested by him to prepare such notifications under Section 22 (3)
RTA. 9.1 Application of the RTA
RTA. The RTA was created in 1989 as a Joint Powers Authority to provide management of regional fixed-route public transportation services, as well as regional paratransit services. In 2001, the paratransit service, called RTA Runabout, began providing complementary ADA service for all five fixed-route providers operating in the region. The mission of the RTA is to provide safe, reliable and efficient transportation services that improve and enhance the quality of life for the citizens and visitors of San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo County. The County is located on the beautiful Central Coast of California, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. The current population of the county is 284,010, including that of three small, urbanized areas (UZAs): San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo designated in 1990; El Paso ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇-Atascadero in 2000; and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Beach in 2010. The RTA coordinates regional services with local fixed-route providers in each UZA in the County, as well as within the Santa ▇▇▇▇▇ UZA (population 130,000) in nearby northern Santa Barbara County. The RTA directly operates hourly service on four regional fixed-routes and ADA paratransit services primarily along the US-101 and SR-1 corridors, as well as express commuter services during peak travel periods. Three out of the four regional fixed routes converge on downtown San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo, 7 days a week. The RTA regional fixed-route service has a peak pull-out of 15 buses, and provides almost 500,000 passenger-trips annually, while weekday productivity ranges from 4 to 23 boardings/hour. The RTA also operates community- based services funded by SLO County in small rural areas and is funded by the City of Paso ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to operate its local fixed-route and a local Dial-A-Ride programs. Finally, as of January 2021, the RTA also directly operates SoCo Transit – the eight-bus local fixed-route service operated in the Beach Communities of the Five Cities Area. These services provided over 300,000 additional fixed route trips with productivity in line with what is seen on the RTA regional fixed routes. Fixed route fare revenue is approximately $1 million per year and is expected to increase as ridership increases.
RTA. If a Founder fails to timely file valid notifications under Section 22 (3) RTA as and when required hereby, such Founder shall indemnify HoldCo for any losses suffered by it as a result of such failure. A breach by HoldCo of its obligations under this Section 2.7 (d) shall not give rise to a claim of a Founder for damages against HoldCo unless HoldCo has acted in a grossly negligent or willful manner.

Upon the written request of a Founder and within ten (10) business days following the receipt of such written request, HoldCo shall (and, to the extent within their respective power to do so, Expedia and the Founders shall cause HoldCo to) provide such Founder with copies of all documents as reasonably requested by such Founder to prepare its notification under Section 22 (3) RTA. Each Founder and HoldCo shall (and, to the extent within their respective power to do so, Expedia and the Founders shall cause HoldCo to) consult and reasonably cooperate with each other to enable such Founder to comply with his notification obligations under Section 22 (3) RTA. A breach of this Section 2.7(d) by a Founder shall not give rise to a claim for damages against such Founder (x) if such Founder has acted on instructions provided by or has taken measures that have been approved by Expedia or Expedia’s advisors or (y) if Expedia and its advisors have failed to provide instructions or approvals upon a request from the Founders within a reasonable timeframe, unless such Founder has acted in a grossly negligent or willful manner.
RTA. Developer shall take reasonable measures to ensure safety, security and overall cleanliness of any RTA bus shelters, if not properly maintained by RTA.
