Route Audits. In this section, CONTRACTOR shall include the route audits conducted during the quarter and the findings from the route audits. This section shall include all of the route audit information required in Section 8.3 of this Agreement.
Route Audits. Upon no less than thirty (30) days’ Notice to Franchisee, County may conduct audits of Franchisee’s Collection routes. Franchisee will cooperate with County in connection therewith, including permitting County employees or other Persons designated by the Director to follow or ride in the Collection Vehicles during the audit. Franchisee will have no responsibility or liability for the salary, wages, benefits or workers compensation claims of any Person designated by the Director to conduct audits.
Route Audits. 2525 City may conduct or require that Contractor shall conduct a route audit for each of Contractor's 2526 Collection routes by type of material Collected. The period in which the audit is conducted shall be set 2527 by City. City reserves the right to determine which routes will be audited in a particular week and, if City 2528 exercises this right, shall notify Contractor of the routes not less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance. 2529 The route audits shall include the following information for each Collection route:
2530 A. The route number, the date of the audit, and the starting and ending times of Collection during 2531 the audit.
2532 B. A description of the route location, including the names of the streets covered. 2533 C. The number of Service Recipients by category on the route. 2534 D. The number of Service Recipients by category participating on the date of the audit and the 2535 number and type (e.g., Solid Waste, Recyclables, Compostables, Used Motor Oil, Cooking Oil) of 2536 pickups in each Service Recipient category. 2537 E. For Collection routes, the number of Service Recipients by category which set out overages and 2538 the total number of overages Collected. 2539 F. For the Recyclables and Compostables Collection routes, the number of Containers distributed 2540 by Service Recipient category. 2541 G. For routes with Used Motor Oil Collection, the number of Used Motor Oil Containers Collected 2542 and the number of Used Motor Oil Containers distributed by Service Recipient category. 2543 H. For routes with Cooking Oil Collection, the number of Cooking Oil Containers Collected and the 2544 number of Cooking Oil Containers distributed by Service Recipient category. 2545 I. The number of Collection vehicles used on the route by vehicle type (e.g., rear loader Solid 2546 Waste truck, compartmentalized Recyclables truck), the weight of each vehicle, the capacity of 2547 each vehicle by weight and volume, and the number of trips made by each vehicle to Approved 2548 Facilities).

The period in which the audit is conducted shall be set 2379 by City. City reserves the right to determine which routes will be audited in a particular week and, if City 2380 exercises this right, shall notify Contractor of the routes not less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance. 2381 The route audits shall include the following information for each Collection route:
Route Audits. CONTRACTOR shall conduct an annual route 28 audit, in a manner subject to the approval of the City Representative, for each of 29 CONTRACTOR’s Yard Trimming Collection Service routes. The route audits shall be 30 conducted once each calendar year during the term of this Agreement beginning in the 31 year 2008, with each route being audited in a different quarter each year so that all 32 routes are audited in each of the four (4) quarters during the term of this Agreement.
Route Audits. On the day services start, Athens will have a dedicated team of five (5) route auditors reviewing operational data to ensure we route as efficiently as possible. We will strive to reduce redundancies to minimize our environmental impact and eliminate unnecessary routes. The auditors will review routes, work orders, tonnage reports, and driver-initiated service exceptions. For two weeks after the start of service, RAs will follow collection vehicles to verify effectiveness and efficiency. We will continue these efforts well past the service start date. Route audits will be conducted periodically to promote operational effectiveness and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ safety in the community, all striving to minimize service day frequencies. Athens will use the newest collection vehicles equipped with the latest in fleet onboard computer technology, called MobilePak, to ensure we provide services to all customers. Mobile-Pak is designed as the primary vessel for communications between operations and customers to ensure service excellence. The Mobile-Pak Tracking System gives drivers the ability to generate service verifications and report service exceptions. Drivers can document service exceptions with a geocoded image and report it back to the customers via automated processes. Drivers can also communicate with customer service to provide service verification with photos and report service obstructions and overfilled containers or contamination. The tablet also provides GPS coordinates, providing customers and dispatch our entire fleet’s real-time visibility. Athens will also extend our call center hours of operations and personnel in the field available to answer questions. Athens will offer Temple City this multi-channel service during extended hours for the transition and beyond.
Route Audits. Where there is a recognized discrepancy in the length of time required to complete an hourly based run, an audit will be conducted to determine the correct amount of time to be paid. Route audits shall be completed within 10 business days and any adjustments will be effective from the date the discrepancy was recognized. The Unit Chairperson shall be present for all route audits.
O14.01 Minimum Pick‐up/Delivery Charges
(a) Owner Operators will be paid commission on a minimum messenger vehicle pick‐up and delivery charge of five dollars and seventeen cents ($5.17).
(b) Owner Operators will be paid commission on a minimum overnight vehicle charge of four dollars and sixty cents ($4.60).
(c) Owner Operators and Employees shall receive commission percentages of any add‐ons or ancillary pick up or delivery charges, if applicable, as per the customer tariff. Add‐ons and ancillary charges include, but are not limited to cubic weight, weight charges, waiting time, power tailgate, dangerous goods and after hours charges. The Company shall provide the Union with the listing of such charges. The ancillary charges shall not be reduced or eliminated from these levels.
(d) All disputes are to be referred to the Rate Committee
(e) Jobs requiring a second person, that second person shall be compensated at a minimum of seventeen dollars and twenty five cents ($17.25) net for the first hour or portion thereof and paid in fifteen minute increments thereafter at a rate of four dollars and thirty one ($4.31) for additional fifteen minutes worked. In the event that a five (5) ton driver is directed by the Company to be the second man there will be a seventeen dollars and twenty five cents ($17.25) premium net payout to the driver in addition to the above hourly rate.
Route Audits. Franchisee will cooperate with County route audits of vehicles that 26 collect solid waste in County, including the following:
27 1. allowing County to follow the vehicles, and
28 2. with Franchisee consent, ride in the vehicles. 29 30 31 5.02 Vehicles 32
Route Audits. Contractor will cooperate with City route audits of Vehicles that Collect Discarded Materials in City, including both of the following:
1. Allowing City to follow the Vehicles, and
2. With Contractor consent, ride in the Vehicles.
Route Audits. All collection routes shall be audited annually in a 8 manner subject to the approval of the City Representative. CONTRACTOR shall conduct 9 an annual route audit for each of CONTRACTOR’s SFD Recycling Service routes. The 10 route audits shall be conducted once each calendar year during the term of this Agreement 11 beginning in the year 2008, with each route being audited in a different quarter each year 12 so that all routes are audited in each of the four (4) quarters during the term of this 13 Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall conduct audits of all routes served by one collection 14 vehicle on five (5) consecutive Work Days. Not later than sixty (60) Work Days prior to the 15 first route audit in each year, CONTRACTOR shall submit to the City Representative a 16 schedule of route audits to be conducted in that year together with a description of the 17 audit methodology. CITY reserves the right to determine which routes will be audited in a 18 particular week and, if CITY exercises this right, shall notify CONTRACTOR of the routes 19 not less than three (3) Work Days in advance. CONTRACTOR shall include route audits 20 performed in each quarter in CONTRACTOR’s quarterly report.
