Risk Protection. This section H contains the provisions dealing with security requirements, business continuity and force majeure events.
Risk Protection. 9.1 The hirer is bound by and agrees to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. (Terms are available on request or by following the insurance links on our website). The insurance will only cover equipment within mainland U.K. The insurance will not cover damage caused by baggage handlers at sea or air ports.

Renter can get details of Budget’ risk protection programme (including the main exclusions) from the office he rented the vehicle from. Should Renter purchase personal accident insurance (PAI/SPAI) as shown on the Agreement he shall obtain cover under the terms of the insurance policy supplied by Budget insurers. Renter is bound by and agrees to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy which is available on request.

Risk Protection. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS31 The Service Provider shall comply, and shall procure the compliance of the Service Provider Personnel, with the Security Policy and the Security Management Plan and the Service Provider shall ensure that the Security Management Plan produced by the Service Provider fully complies with the Security Policy. The Customer Relationship Manager shall notify the Service Provider of any changes or proposed changes to the Security Policy in which case the Service Provider will from the date specified reasonably by the Customer Relationship Manager provide the Services in accordance with the changed Security Policy. If the Service Provider believes that a change or proposed change to the Security Policy will have a cost implication to the Services it may submit a Change Request. In doing so, the Service Provider must support its request by providing evidence of the cause of any increased costs and the steps that it has taken to mitigate those costs. Any Change shall then be agreed in accordance with the Change Control Procedure. Until and/or unless a change to the Charges is agreed by the Customer pursuant to clause 77 the Service Provider shall continue to perform the Services in accordance with its existing obligations.
Risk Protection. The rental charges under this Agreement include, if the Renter is not in breach of his obligations under this agreement, insurance coverage in cases (a) and (b) by insurance and (c) and (d) by CITIRENT from the above risks.: (a) Third party death or personal injuries including any passengers of the vehicle with the exception of its driver, and b) Third parties material damages for the minimum statutory amount provided under the Greek law, c) Vehicle theft (total or partial) with the exception of the following amounts that need to be paid by the Renter irrespectively of his fault: 550 Euros Euros for groups A,B,C, 750 Euros for groups D,E,F,G,I,K, and 900 Euros for groups J,M,N,O,P. The section d does not apply to damages caused by intention or negligence or bad usage, use of wrong fuel as well as a result of a breach of these terms, especially when the Renter has used the vehicle in such manner that it constitutes violation of Greek Road Traffic such as driving under drug or alcohol use/abuse. In such case, the Renter must personally cover any direct or indirect damages occurred by reason of risks under c, and d, irrespectively of his fault. The Renter must receive details of CITIRENT risk protection program from CITIRENT station, where he rented the vehicle from. Should the Renter purchase own insurance for cdw and theft protection he shall have equal protection as the one provided under the terms of the insurance policy supplied by CITIRENT insurers. Xxxxxx is bound by and agrees to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy he elects.

The Authority shall notify the Supplier of any changes or proposed changes to the Security Policy. If the Supplier believes that a change or proposed change to the Security Policy will have a material and unavoidable cost implication to the Services it may submit a Change Request. In doing so, the Supplier must support its request by providing evidence of the cause of any increased costs and the steps that it has taken to mitigate those costs. Any change to the Charges shall then be agreed in accordance with the Change Control Procedure. Until and/or unless a change to the Charges is agreed by the Authority pursuant to clause 48.3 the Supplier shall continue to perform the Services in accordance with its existing obligations.
Risk Protection. The hire charges under the Agreement does NOT include insurance of the equipment. The hirer is responsible for any damage to or loss from the equipment.
