Right to Use Data. The End-User has the right to use the databases, datasets or specific parts of such datasets (jointly: “Data Libraries”), that are provided by PRé to the End-User that has obtained a license as referred to in section 2. Such Data Libraries are owned by third party suppliers of PRé and are protected by intellectual property rights. The use of Data Libraries may be subject to the terms of use of such third party suppliers, which are published on xxx.xxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. In no event shall the End-User reproduce, disseminate or publicly display the Data Libraries as a whole or any substantial part thereof, as determined by their nature and quantity even in case of insignificant portions.
Right to Use Data. You agree, and shall ensure that all Users acknowledge and agree that We may collect data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about Your devices, systems and application software, and peripherals, related to Your use of the Software, and may use this information to provide services to You and to operate, provide, improve, and develop Our products, services, and technologies, to prevent or investigate fraudulent or inappropriate use of Our products, services, and technologies, for diagnostic, management, research and development purposes, to verify a valid registration for anti-piracy purposes, to identify if new Updates for the Software are available for Your devices prior to sending You a notice to install a new Software update and for any other purposes described in this BULA, the Privacy Policy (available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/privacy and xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/en/legal/privacy/), and the Cookies Notice (available here xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/cookies and xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/cookie-policy/ ). You also consent to the processing of personal information by Us and Our agents to facilitate the subject matter of this BULA and any orders for the purchase of Software licenses We receive from You. You will obtain all required consents from third parties (including Your affiliates, Users, contacts, administrators, and employees) under applicable privacy and data protection law before providing personal information to Us. Personal information collected under this BULA will be subject to Our Privacy Policy.
Right to Use Data. Customer will ensure that Computertel has the right to use its data as necessary for the provision of the Services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Computertel.
Right to Use Data. (a) It is acknowledged and agreed that the Spinco Companies (on a perpetual and irrevocable basis) shall be permitted to possess and retain non-exclusive copies of all Shared Parent Company Data, Shared Third Party Data and Parent Company Contract Data and shall have (and are hereby granted as of the time immediately prior to the Spinco Transfer) a Right to Use all such Data in connection with the operation of the Spinco Business, in all cases in a manner consistent with the manner in which such Data has been used by the Spinco Business prior to the Distribution Date; provided that the Spinco Companies’ Right to Use the Parent Company Contract Data shall be limited to the use of such Parent Company Contract Data in connection with the bidding, proposal or performance of the applicable Contracts of the Spinco Business with respect to which such Parent Company Contract Data was provided.
Right to Use Data. LAKE and CITY shall have the unrestricted right to use for their own purposes, including publication, any data or information resulting from the Services described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.
Right to Use Data. Pharmacia shall provide Nabi full access to all of its notes, data and other information relating to Licensed Products in the Field on a confidential basis. Pharmacia shall maintain all information and data which Pharmacia generates during the course of preclinical and clinical trials conducted during the Development Phase, and Pharmacia shall grant Nabi a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to any such information or data, including the right to sublicense outside the Field, subject to the confidentiality provisions of Article 6. In the event this Agreement is terminated other than by Pharmacia pursuant to Section 9.2.1, Nabi shall retain such license and shall have unrestricted access to and use of such information and data for any purpose, including any regulatory purpose.
Right to Use Data. Each Party shall have the right to use the data and results of the Specified Studies for the development of Licensed Products in the case of ALPHARMA and its Affiliates and sublicensees or Products in the case of IDEA and its Affiliates and sublicensees (i.e., ALPHARMA shall have the right to use such data for the development of, and to seek Registrations and Approvals for, Licensed Products in accordance with this Agreement and IDEA shall have the right to use such data for the development of, and to seek Registrations and Approvals for, as well as to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, have sold and import Products in the exercise of IDEA's retained rights with respect to Products outside the Territory and Products that are not Licensed Products in the Territory).

Rycor shall retain copies of all information and data which Rycor generates during the course of preclinical and clinical trials conducted during the Development Phase, and Rycor shall grant AutoImmune a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any such information or data for any purpose, including the right to sublicense the right to such use. In the event this Agreement is terminated other than by Rycor pursuant to Section 9.2.1, AutoImmune shall retain such license and shall have unrestricted access to and use of such information and data for any purpose, including any regulatory purpose.

Right to Use Data. AutoImmune shall provide Teva full access to all of its notes, data and other information relating to Licensed Products in the Field, including, without limitation, all preclinical and clinical information relating to Myloral(R). Teva shall maintain all preclinical and clinical information and data which Teva generates in connection with Licensed Products during the course of preclinical and clinical trials conducted during the Development Phase, and Teva shall grant AutoImmune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to any such preclinical and clinical data and information, including the right to sublicense; during the term of this Agreement, such license and sublicense shall be for use only outside the Field. In no event shall such license by Teva cover market research or sales data for any country acquired or obtained by Teva. In the event this Agreement expires in its entirety in accordance with Section 9.1 or is terminated other than by Teva pursuant to Section 9.2.1, AutoImmune shall retain such license and shall have unrestricted access to and use of such information and data for any purpose, including any regulatory purpose. Any sublicense granted by AutoImmune under this Section 3.3 shall contain confidentiality provisions no less restrictive than Article 6.
