RFQ. 2.1 The Post Office issued an RFQ requesting various service providers to issue quotations in respect of the costs to be incurred by the Post Office in purchasing the Goods and/or Services.
RFQ. RFQ means the TFC Request for Qualifications No. 000-0-00000, issued July 13, 2020.
RFQ. The SRA’s RFQ and US2’s RFQ response are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
RFQ. The range of services and work which the Service Provider has agreed to provide to Essential Energy is set out in Schedule 2 of the Panel Agreement. If Essential Energy requires any of the services and work set out in Schedule 2 of the Panel Agreement, Essential Energy’s Representative may at any time and from time to time during the Term issue to the Service Provider a request for quotation (“RFQ”) substantially in the form set out in Schedule 2 setting out details of the Project, the scope of services and work and other details relevant to a Purchase Order Contract in respect of which Essential Energy requires the Service Provider to submit a Quotation. Other than as expressly permitted under this clause 2, the Service Provider must not undertake any Services and is not entitled to any payment from Essential Energy under or in connection with these General Conditions.
RFQ. RFQ means the TFC Request for Qualifications No. [Insert], issued [Insert Date].
RFQ. All of the information in the response to the RFQ (#1207658) delivered by or on behalf of Parking Company to Metro in connection with the execution of this Agreement is true, accurate, and correct in all material respects (except for such Information that has been subsequently supplemented or that related to a specified date).
RFQ. “RFQ” shall mean and refer to the Port‟s Request for Qualification for Rental Car Concessions dated May 12, 2004, together with Concessionaire‟s response thereto. Concessionaire‟s response specifically includes both its statement of qualifications as well as its Minimum Annual Guarantee bid.
RFQ. The Goods to be supplied and the associated work or services which the Supplier has agreed to provide to Essential Energy are set out in Schedule 2 of the Panel Agreement. Other than as expressly permitted under this clause 2, the Supplier must not undertake any work and is not entitled to any payment from Essential Energy under or in connection with these General Conditions or any relevant Purchase Order Contract.

All of the information in the response to the request for Parking Garage System concessionaire qualifications delivered by or on behalf of the Concessionaire to the Authority in connection with the execution of this Agreement is true, accurate, and correct in all material respects (except for such information that has been subsequently supplemented or that related to a specified date).
RFQ. The RFQ will provide a broad array of prospective Proponents with an opportunity to propose an overall reuse concept for the Property. If Tenant receives sufficient responses in alignment with the Governing Documents and elects to proceed with the proposal process, the second stage of the solicitation will proceed through a limited-solicitation RFP to be distributed to the Proponents. In coordination with the release of the RFQ, Tenant will organize at least one public pre-bidding event to invite developers, program providers, and potential tenants to form connections and potential partnerships capable of delivering an innovative mix of uses in the Property.
