Reversals; Cancellations. You cannot cancel, reverse, or change any transaction marked as complete or pending. If your Currency Account has insufficient funds, you will be unable: to make purchases of value greater than the value in your Currency Account, which must include any and all fees due to xxx-xxxx.xxx, to cancel the transaction or to debit your other payment methods, including xxx-xxxx.xxx balances or other linked accounts, in any amount necessary to complete the transaction. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance. xxx-xxxx.xxx reserves the right to refuse to process, or to cancel or reverse, any purchases or sales of Digital Currency in its sole discretion, even after funds have been debited from your account(s), if xxx-xxxx.xxx suspects the transaction involves (or has a high risk of involvement in) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime; in response to a court order, or other government order; if xxx-xxxx.xxx reasonably suspects that the transaction is erroneous; or if xxx-xxxx.xxx suspects the transaction relates to a Prohibited Use or a Prohibited Business as set forth below. In such instances, xxx-xxxx.xxx will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to allow you to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the canceled transaction.

In such instances, SIMEX will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to allow you to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the cancelled transaction.
Reversals; Cancellations. Fiat Currency associated with pending deposits or withdrawals will not be included in Participant Account balance or be available for different transactions. Participant cannot cancel, reverse, or change any wire deposits or withdrawals marked as complete or pending. Zero Hash, in its sole and reasonable discretion, reserves the right to refuse to allow Participant to execute a transaction that Zero Hash suspects involves (or has a high risk of involving) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime.

Participant cannot cancel, reverse, or change any transaction marked as complete or pending. Zero Hash reserves the right to refuse to allow Participant to execute a transaction that Zero Hash suspects involves (or has a high risk of involvement in) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime.

We reserve the right to refuse to process, or to cancel or reverse, any Digital Asset Transaction or Transfers in our sole discretion, even after the Digital Asset Transactions have been debited from your account(s), if we suspect the Transaction involves (or has a high risk of involvement in) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime; in response to a subpoena, court order, or other government order; if we reasonably suspect that the transaction is erroneous; or if METAL X suspects the transaction relates to Prohibited Use or a Prohibited Business as set forth below. In such instances, METAL X will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to allow you to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the cancelled transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse to process, or to cancel or reverse, any transaction or transfer in our sole discretion, even after funds have been debited from your account(s), if we suspect the transaction involves (or has a high risk of involvement in) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime; in response to a subpoena, court order, or other government order; if we reasonably suspect that the transaction is erroneous; or if XXX.XX suspects the transaction violates our policies and procedures or creates risk to XXX.XX, XXX.XX will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to allow you to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the cancelled transaction.

Bank reserves the right to refuse to process, or to cancel or reverse, any purchases or sales of digital currency in its sole discretion, even after funds have been debited from your Account, if Bank suspects the transaction involves (or has a high risk of involvement in) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other type of financial crime; in response to a subpoena, court order, or other government order; if Bank reasonably suspects that the transaction is erroneous; or if Bank suspects the transaction relates to Prohibited Use or a Prohibited Business as set forth below. In such instances, Bank will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to allow you to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the canceled transaction. vi. THE BANK WILL UTILIZE THE SERVICES OF A THIRD PARTY EXCHANGE TO PROVIDE THE CONVERSION SERVICES.

In such instances, Symbridge will not process or will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to allow you to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the cancelled transaction.

In such instances, Chbits will reverse the transaction and we are under no obligation to allow you to reinstate a purchase or sale order at the same price or on the same terms as the canceled transaction.
