Retail Outlets. Coaches may not sell OPTAVIA products in any retail, wholesale, warehouse, trade show or discount establishment (collectively “Retail Outlet”). This includes accepting orders, and/or accepting any form of payment for products and/or exchanging or transferring products to a buyer in a Retail Outlet.
Retail Outlets. To support the Company’s direct selling method of distribution and to protect the independent contractor relationship, Associates agree that they will not display or sell Talk Fusion products or literature, or in any other way promote the Talk Fusion opportunity or products in any retail, wholesale, warehouse, or discount establishment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Associates may display and sell Talk Fusion promotional literature at professional trade shows.
Retail Outlets. All retail outlets now or hereafter listed on the annexes to the Participant Joinder Agreements (or if the opt-in box is selected on Attachment 2 of the applicable Participant Joinder Agreement, all of Participant’s retail outlets) are hereinafter referred to as the “Retail Outlets.” Retail Outlets may be added at any time during the term of the applicable Participant Joinder Agreement at the prevailing rates.

Retail Outlets. All right, title and interest in and to the assets located at the retail outlet stores located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, and the retail outlet store in the State of Utah (the "Retail Outlets"), including, without limitation, the rights and obligations associated with the real property lease for each of the Retail Outlets (the "Retail Outlet Leases");
Retail Outlets. State of Ohio Agencies, State institutions of higher education and properly registered members of the Cooperative Purchasing Program of the Department of Administrative Services may desire to purchase items on this contract at any of the contractor’s retail outlets within the state of Ohio. This contract allows for those party to the contract to make purchases at the Contractor’s retail outlets under the following conditions. Purchases made at retail outlets must be paid for by a state of Ohio Purchasing Card or a purchasing card of the appropriate jurisdiction or entity. Said Purchasing Card must be registered with the contractor (Staples Contract & Commercial, Inc., operating as Staples Business Advantage (“Staples”) in order to identify the purchase as a “Contract Purchase”. In order to register a Purchasing Card with Staples for use at a retail outlet, the Purchasing Card holder must contact Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Account Manager, Staples Advantage 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000 - 000 000 0000, FAX 614 000 0000 xxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx and follow Staples’ process to register the Purchasing Card prior to making the purchase. Retail Outlets. Members willnotsell any NSP products through any store that is franchised, owned or affiliated with a company whose stock is publicly traded, a national or regional chain store, or major retail outlet (such as GNC, Shopper’s Drugmart. Walmart. etc.), Members may establish a retail outlet wherever they wish within the countryof theirmembership. Participantsoperating a retail storeor on-premises sales site may sell to any customer from such store or site, regardless of where the customer resides in Canada. NSPdoes not provide advice or recommendations or otherwise become involved in decisions regarding the location of retail outlets or kiosks. Memberships operated through retail stores or kiosks must also provide interested customers with the opportunity to become Members.
