Reservation Services. During the License Term, so long as Licensee is in full compliance with the obligations set forth in this Agreement, Licensor will afford Licensee access to reservation services for the Hotel.

Delta shall be sole owner of any customer or passenger data relating to the Scheduled Flights and related reservation services. However, upon the reasonable request of an Operator, Delta will share with such Operator such customer or passenger data relating to the Scheduled Flights and related reservation services when reasonably necessary solely for the purpose of resolving Customer/Passenger complaints or claims, or if such Operator is required to produce such customer or passenger data relating to the Scheduled Flights and related reservation services in response to a valid subpoena, order of a court or other governmental body of the United States or any political subdivision thereof (provided, however, that such Operator shall have given notice to Delta and shall allow Delta to make a reasonable effort to obtain a protective order requiring that such information so disclosed shall be used only for the purposes for which the order was issued) or if otherwise required by law, or if necessary to establish rights or enforce obligations under this Agreement. No Operator shall have any right to disclose or use such information other than as expressly provided herein or otherwise permitted by Delta in writing.

Reservation Services. In conjunction with the Code Share, the Parties will perform certain Reservation Services on each other's behalf, including but not limited to booking reservations, processing credit card transactions, collecting credit card payments and remitting various fees, commissions and charges related to the reservations. In order to monitor the cash flow related to the reservation services, the Parties will maintain inter-company accounts to reflect Reservation Services performed on behalf of each other. On a weekly basis, the Parties will perform a Settlement by reconciling inter-company accounts to determine the net amount due to a Party in payment for the Reservation Services, a process which is more fully described in Xxxxxxxxx 0X, xxxxx.
