If you want to use the facility, you must give us a notice requesting us to issue a bank guarantee which complies with Part 2(c) at least three clear business days before you want us to issue the bank guarantee. No later than twenty-one (21) days after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of the Tenant’s Request Notice meeting the requirements set forth above, Landlord shall, in accordance with the terms of this Lease, provide Tenant written notice of its approval or disapproval of the proposed transaction.

Request Notice.
