STEERING OF NON _ COMPLIANT PRODUCTS If deviations from the specified requirements are detected, the responsible department at voestalpine must be informed immediately. All deliveries made on the basis of deviation authorizations must also have labels on all load carriers in accordance with the approved deviation authorization.
Requalification test. All contractual products delivered by SUPPLIER to CHEMETALL must be regularly requalified in accordance with the test parameters of the initial sampling scope. A 100 % inspection of the contractual products with the test scope of the initial sample inspection can be regarded as permanent requalification. If important tests of individual parameters for the effectiveness of the contract product have been carried out during development, which are not included in the scope of the initial sampling test, these must be carried out regularly as requalification in addition to the 100 % test. The results must be made available to CHEMETALL on request.
Requalification test. The Supplier is required to carry out a regular requalification test as part of a complete initial sample. The requalification test takes place annually, beginning with the time of the initial sample approval or in coordination with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ GmbH & Co. KG and must be submitted within 24 hours upon request. The requalification test is free of charge for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ GmbH & Co. KG.
Requalification test. Layout inspection and functional testing The requalification test (product/process) by the supplier must be defined in the production control plan and carried out at least annually or after a longer production downtime. To ensure and to retain the material and component properties, the Supplier is obliged to monitor the following special characteristics and to provide the corresponding data in accordance with VDA 1: o Chemical analysis of the casted batches o Homogenization parameters o US- test results of the bars or billets according to OFWN The measured values / test results have to be analyzed and evaluated at least once a year (failure frequency, fault cause, improvement measures). Upon request, re-qualification documents are to be submitted to the Buyer within two working days.
