Requalification test. The supplier submits all products at least once a year if not agreed otherwise, according to the production guidance plan an entire size and functional test taking into account the customer default to be applied for material and function according to the requirements IATF 16949:2016. On inquiry, MSG is to be granted examination into the test documentation.

Requalification test. Within the scope of an annual recurring test of all delivered and contracted parts to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the supplier has to establish all characteristics, especially the function, material and geometrics. All products have to be tested by a full dimensional and functional inspection according the production control plan in consideration of the applicable costumer specifications for material and function. The results have to be available for customer assessments and they shall be made available to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on request for free. Note 1: dimensional inspections include the full measurements of all mentioned specifications of the product regarding the development documents Note 2: the frequency of requalification test is determined by the customer The supplier may only start with the series production after … :  A successful initial sampling according to no. 2. and

Requalification test. These requirements apply only to suppliers of specific parts according to drawing or specification, not for service providers, retailers or suppliers for Raw materials and consumables.

Requalification test. The supplier shall regularly check its deliveries for fulfillment of the specifications provided by voestalpine or its customers. voestalpine expects proof of periodic requalification of products and processes (VDA Volume 2) in accordance with the respective customer’s requirements, but at least every three years. Technically coherent product groups can be formed in consultation with voestalpine. Any deviation must be agreed upon by the supplier and voestalpine in writing. The necessary documents must be sent to the requester no later than five business days after the written request. No charge is permitted for any expenses. If deviations from the specified requirements are detected, the responsible department at voestalpine must be informed immediately. Delivery of the affected parts may only take place after special release. The process must be documented in writing and the delivered goods must be marked with this special release. Some QAA requirements may not apply to very small quantities – up to 500 parts per year and/or less than one order per quarter. Written notice must be given of any deviation from the requirements of this QAA and requires the permission of SQA voestalpine AC. The following minimum requirements always apply to very small quantities, as described above: ⮚ ISO 9001 plus ⮚ AIAG minimum standard quality system for motor vehicles (MAQMSR)

STEERING OF NON _ COMPLIANT PRODUCTS If deviations from the specified requirements are detected, the responsible department at voestalpine must be informed immediately. SMALL QUANTITIES IN SERIES PRODUCTION Some QAA requirements may not apply to very small quantities – up to 500 parts per year and/ or less than one order per quarter. Written notice must be given of any deviation from the requirements of this QAA and requires the permission of SQA voestalpine AC. The following minimum requirements always apply to very small quantities, as described above: ⮚ ISO 9001 plus ⮚ AIAG minimum standard quality system for motor vehicles (MAQMSR) APPORVAL OF DEVIATIONS If there are deviations from the specifications, approval must be obtained before delivery in the form of a deviation authorization. All deliveries made on the basis of deviation authorizations must also have labels on all load carriers in accordance with the approved deviation authorization.

Requalification test. All contractual products delivered by SUPPLIER to CHEMETALL must be regularly requalified in accordance with the test parameters of the initial sampling scope. A 100 % inspection of the contractual products with the test scope of the initial sample inspection can be regarded as permanent requalification. If important tests of individual parameters for the effectiveness of the contract product have been carried out during development, which are not included in the scope of the initial sampling test, these must be carried out regularly as requalification in addition to the 100 % test. The results must be made available to CHEMETALL on request.

Requalification test. The Supplier is required to carry out a regular requalification test as part of a complete initial sample. The requalification test takes place annually, beginning with the time of the initial sample approval or in coordination with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ GmbH & Co. KG and must be submitted within 24 hours upon request. The requalification test is free of charge for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ GmbH & Co. KG.

Requalification test. Layout inspection and functional testing The requalification test (product/process) by the supplier must be defined in the production control plan and carried out at least annually or after a longer production downtime. To ensure and to retain the material and component properties, the Supplier is obliged to monitor the following special characteristics and to provide the corresponding data in accordance with VDA 1: o Chemical analysis of the casted batches o Homogenization parameters o US- test results of the bars or billets according to OFWN The measured values / test results have to be analyzed and evaluated at least once a year (failure frequency, fault cause, improvement measures). Upon request, re-qualification documents are to be submitted to the Buyer within two working days.
