Reporting Errors. Recipient shall report Errors to Service Provider by ---------------- electronically posting Errors in Service Provider's Problem Tracking Database (Vantive) for consideration and resolution. When reporting an Error, Recipient shall provide Service Provider with at least the following information:

While Beyond Slim shall use its best efforts to correct er- rors reported more than 60 days after the date of the error, Beyond Slim shall not be responsible to make changes or remunerate Coaches for losses for mistakes that are re- ported more than 60 days after the mistake occurs.
Reporting Errors. If Landlord inspects Tenant's records as permitted by this Rent Addendum and if such inspection shows an error(s) in the statements submitted by Tenant which results in an understatement of Gross Sales by more than three percent (3%), then in addition to paying the Percentage Rent due, Tenant shall pay Landlord the reasonable cost of such inspection. In the event such inspection shows an overstatement of Gross Sales, then Landlord shall refund such overpayment to Tenant.
Reporting Errors. The Company has sole audit responsibility for determining and ensuring the accuracy and validity of information, data, entries, and processing services. The Company must promptly report in writing any non-receipt of statements or other regular reports and any error in connection with any services covered by this Agreement and any discrepancy between the Company’s records of its orders and requests (including wire and ACH payment orders) and the notices the Company receives from the Bank regarding the Bank’s execution of the Company’s orders and requests. The Company agrees that thirty (30) days is a reasonable time for the Company to notify the Bank of discrepancies, including unauthorized and erroneous payment orders, unless any other portion of this Agreement, or any other applicable document, agreement or Law provides for a shorter notification time, in which case such shorter time shall apply. The Company agrees to provide the Bank with all information it reasonably requests in connection with any discrepancy. This Section does not modify the Bank’s Rules and Regulations Governing Deposit Accounts notification requirements regarding checks paid without a properly authorized signature or errors or discrepancies other than those specifically related to a service covered by this Agreement.

While GCOOP USA shall use its best efforts to correct er- rors reported more than 60 days after the date of the error, GCOOP USA shall not be responsible to make changes or remunerate GCOOPERs for losses for mistakes that are reported more than 60 days after the mistake occurs.
