Religious Activity. There shall be no religious worship, instruction or proselytizing as part of or in connection with the Contractor’s provision of services under this Agreement, nor shall any of the funds provided under this Agreement be used for such purposes.
Religious Activity. A. The Agency shall not use any curricula or materials which have any religious orientation.
Religious Activity. XXXX agrees to abstain from using any funds related to this Agreement for inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CFR Part 570.200(j).
