Relationship Manager. 3.1 Each Party shall designate an employee Relationship Manager(s) to act on its behalf with regard to matters arising under this Agreement and shall notify the other Party in writing of the name of its Relationship Manager; however, the Relationship Manager shall have no authority to alter or amend any term, condition, or provision of this Agreement. Either Party may change its Relationship Manager(s) by providing the other Party prior written notice. The Relationship Manager must be identified in a writing delivered to the other Party at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of any work under this Agreement.
Relationship Manager. Pursuant to section 2.5 of the Agreement, CMIA and Supplier hereby appoint as Relationship Managers the persons listed on Exhibit B hereto.
Relationship Manager. Contractor shall appoint a qualified member of its staff to act as a dedicated manager of Contractor’s relationship with State (the "Contractor Relationship Manager"), whose duties shall be to act as primary liaison between Contractor and State for all matters relating to Contractor’s performance, and the performance of all Contractor Solution Partners, under this Agreement, who shall have sufficient authority to grant or communicate the granting of all necessary approvals and who shall: (a) have overall managerial responsibility for the responsibilities of Contractor and all Contractor Solution Partners under this Agreement; (b) have direct access to the key decision makers of Contractor and all Contractor Solution Partners; and (c) be able to call upon the experience, expertise and resources of Contractor and each Contractor Solution Partner as needed to properly, efficiently and timely perform their duties under this Agreement. The Contractor Relationship Manager shall be a resource in addition to any Project Manager or project management established under any Solution Order or Services Order. State may, at its option, designate one or more individuals who shall use reasonable efforts to facilitate Contractor in carrying out an efficient delivery of Services (“State Relationship Managers”). Both parties shall notify the other party of a change in the identity of their respective Relationship Managers.
Relationship Manager. Each Party shall forthwith upon execution of this Agreement appoint one of its employees to be a relationship manager responsible for liaison between the parties. The relationship managers shall meet whenever necessary and appropriate to review the current status of the business relationship and manage any issues that have arisen, including costs.

Relationship Manager. Buyer shall designate a relationship manager (the "Relationship Manager") who shall oversee the activities hereunder and serve as its principal point of contact for Formetco for the resolution of any issues that may arise and for coordinating of Formetco’s delivery of the Services hereunder. Buyer may change its Relationship Manager by notifying Formetco in writing, which may be by e-mail. Xxxxx’s initial Relationship Manager is identified on the first page of this Agreement.
Relationship Manager. Each party will name one of its employees as the primary liaison with the other party for each Schedule (each, a “Relationship Manager”). The Relationship Managers will serve as the parties’ points of contact.”
Relationship Manager. Each party shall appoint a relationship manager, who will be the primary point of contact and responsible party for issues relating to this Agreement. Such relationship manager may be substituted from time to time, upon notice, at the sole discretion of the appointing party. The relationship managers shall communicate from time to time to review technical, sales and marketing issues.
Relationship Manager. GAIN shall provide to Broker, at no additional fee, cost or expense, priority service, support, assistance and treatment in all material respects to help ensure that the business relationship between GAIN and Broker (as same may evolve to omnibus clearing status as contemplated by this Agreement), and to help ensure that the brokerage and clearing operations that this Agreement seeks to produce, are as high-quality and efficient as reasonably possible.
Relationship Manager. Each of the parties shall designate a -------------------- "relationship manager" who shall serve as the primary contact person for the other party for purposes of this Agreement, including, without limitation, with respect to any requests for marketing, sales, development, accounting, financial or other information by any party, any complaints or any performance issues relating to this Agreement. Each party shall cause its relationship manager to be reasonably accessible to the other party, to meet from time to time with the other party and to promptly respond to any requests or inquiries from the other party. In the event of any absence of any relationship manager of any party, whether due to vacation, illness or otherwise, such party shall promptly consult with the other party regarding a replacement relationship manager and following such consultation shall designate such replacement.
