The Reimbursement Period clause defines the specific timeframe within which one party must repay or reimburse another for certain expenses or costs incurred. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end dates of the reimbursement window, and may specify the types of expenses covered, such as travel, materials, or services. Reimbursement Period. The reimbursement period for this Agreement begins on July 1, 2022 and ends at the expiration of the Agreement.
