(a) The Sponsor shall seek TTL's prior written approval before registering the Scheme Name as a trade xxxx in any jurisdiction (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed). Any application for such a trade xxxx and any registered trade xxxx in relation to the Scheme Name shall be deemed to be a Sponsor Xxxx, for the purposes of this Contract, from the date of such application or registration (as applicable).
