Reason for Categorization. The Project falls under the thermal power generation sector under the “JICA guidelines for environmental and social considerations” (issued in April 2010).

Reason for Categorization. This Project does not fall under a large-scale project among the road sectors specified in JICA Guidelines for Environmental and Social Considerations (issued in April 2010) and is unlikely to have a significant adverse impact on the environment. In addition, it does not fall under the characteristic that may have a significant impact or a vulnerable area specified in the Guidelines.
