Raw Materials and Components. Abbott shall source all raw materials and components necessary for the manufacture of the Bulk Drug Substance. Such raw materials and components are included in the commercial price of the Bulk Drug Substance as detailed in Exhibit D.
Raw Materials and Components. During the term of this Agreement, Supplier shall be solely responsible for obtaining, and shall store at no cost to Customer, any and all raw materials or components required for the manufacture of the Products, in reasonable quantities consistent with Customer’s Forecasts and purchase orders. Supplier will ensure that all Third Parties responsible for the manufacture and/or supply of raw materials or components for Products have entered into an agreement with Supplier obligating such Third Parties to comply with all applicable Specifications, quality standards, and other technical requirements that may be necessary in order for the such Third Parties to timely deliver conforming Product, or any portion thereof, to Supplier for the benefit of Customer. Supplier may not change Third Party sources without written consent of Customer.
Raw Materials and Components. PBM shall provide, at its cost and expense all raw materials, components, and other resources required in connection with production of the POC Rapid Assays in accordance with the POC Rapid Assay Specifications, except that the Reagents shall be supplied by SYN.X at its sole cost and expense. PBM represents and warrants to SYN.X that PBM currently has access to, and during the entire term of this Agreement will make all commercially reasonable efforts to maintain access to, sufficient supplies of raw materials, utilities, container/closure systems, packaging materials, labor, and all other items required to perform the services and supply the P~C Rapid Assays required of PBM hereunder without interruption, unless otherwise provided for by this Agreement. PBM agrees to conduct audits of its suppliers of raw materials and components of the P~C Rapid Assays on a regular basis to monitor whether such suppliers are producing the raw materials and components in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of cGMP, and to determine whether such suppliers will continue to be able to supply a sufficient quantity and quality of such raw materials and components. Upon request, PBM will supply SYN.X will certificates stating that any related supplier complies with all such laws, rules and regulations. SYN.X represents and warrants to PBM that SYNX currently has access to, and during the entire term of this Agreement will make all commercially reasonable efforts to maintain access to, sufficient supplies of raw materials, utilities, container/closure systems, packaging materials, labor, and all other items required to perform the services and supplied the Reagents required of SYN.X hereunder without interruption, unless otherwise provided for by this Agreement.

Raw Materials and Components. Abbott shall source all raw materials and components necessary for the manufacture of the Bulk Drug Substance, subject to the limitation on Xxxxxx’x obligation to cover the cost of purchasing PTA as described in Exhibit D (which limitation is based on the cost of the PTA as a cost component of the final manufactured Bulk Drug Substance). Such raw materials and components are included in the price of the Bulk Drug Substance.
Raw Materials and Components. Stellar shall obtain at its cost and expense all raw materials, components, and other resources required in connection with production of the Product hereunder. Stellar represents and warrants to Xxxxxx that it and its Approved Manufacturer currently have access to, and during the entire Term of this Supply Agreement will make all Commercially Reasonable Efforts to maintain access to, sufficient supplies of raw materials, packaging materials, labor, and all other items required to perform the services required of Stellar or its Approved Manufacturer hereunder, without interruption unless otherwise provided by this Supply Agreement. Furthermore, Stellar represents to Xxxxxx that its raw material suppliers shall adhere to cGMP and are GMP compliant. Upon request, Stellar will supply Xxxxxx with Certificates of Compliance and/or Analysis for the raw materials contained within the Product.
Raw Materials and Components. (a) NAVIDEA shall provide to PETNET, at no cost to PETNET, all quantities of (i) NAVIDEA’s chemical compound, NAV4614, the chemical precursor to the Product (the “Precursor”), required to perform the Services and (ii) NAVIDEA’s chemical compound, the chemical reference standard, NAV4694RS, for the Product (the “Reference Standard”), required to perform the Services; and further may provide to PETNET, at no cost to PETNET, any other raw materials or components for use in the manufacture of Products (collectively, “NAVIDEA Materials”), as more fully described in Exhibit D. PETNET acknowledges and agrees that the NAVIDEA Materials shall be the sole and exclusive property of NAVIDEA.
Raw Materials and Components. Inyx represents and warrants to King that it currently has access to sufficient supplies of Raw Materials and other required resources to perform the services required under this Agreement.
Raw Materials and Components. Supplier shall procure all raw materials, components, and other resources required in connection with production of the Product hereunder except those raw materials and components as set forth on Schedule 2.5, which Buyer shall provide to Supplier in a format acceptable to Supplier and in a timely manner (the “Buyer-supplied Materials”). Buyer is required to pay for all raw materials, components, and other resources required in connection with production of the Product hereunder in advance of Supplier’s procurement. The raw materials, components, and other resources purchased in advance of Supplier’s procurement shall be used exclusively in the manufacturing of Product for Buyer.
Raw Materials and Components. Subject to King supplying Ramipril API during the Aventis Agreement Term, Selamine currently has access to sufficient supplies of Raw Materials and other required resources to perform the services required under this Agreement.
