Ratified. The Employer and the Union shall name a Safety and Health Committee comprised of an equal number of Employer and Union representatives. The Union representatives shall consist of one representative from each Board area for a total of three and the President of the Local. It shall be the responsibility of this Committee to hold meetings quarterly, investigate all accidents and recommend safety improvements.
