Quotation Validity Clause Samples

Quotation Validity. Unless we specifically advise to the contrary, we will stand by quotations for 30 days from the date of issue. You should be aware that quotations may change or be withdrawn if your risk profile changes between the time that the quotation was given and your instructions to proceed with cover are received.

Quotation Validity. Price quotations from Spirent will generally be valid for 30 days. If the Systems Integrator wishes Spirent to issue a price quotation with a longer validity period, the Systems Integrator must request in writing such longer validity period. Spirent reserves the right to accept or refuse such request in its sole discretion, and any such longer period that Spirent agrees shall be stated on the relevant quotation. The Systems Integrator shall provide Spirent with such documentation may reasonably require in support of such request.

Quotation Validity. The Quotation should be valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the ITQ due date. If this is not possible, please quote your best quote validity timeframe. - The Quotation includes, but is not limited to cost, pricing, terms and conditions, service levels, and all other information. If your company is awarded the contract, all information in the ITQ and negotiation process is contractually binding.

Quotation Validity. Except as otherwise agreed, prices for the unpacked Goods indicated in the attached quotation shall be deemed net the INCOTERMS® as per clause 5 of these General Conditions (INCOTERMS® 2010 or those in force at the date of the order’s acceptance). Prices shall remain fixed for 60 (sixty) days from the quotation’s issuance date. If an order is not placed within said term, prices may be subject to review. Once a purchase order containing the agreed full and final instructions to proceed is received, the prices shall remain fixed for the entire duration of the agreed delivery period. All purchase orders must be issued in the name of MIB ITALIANA S.P.A.

Quotation Validity. This Quotation expires and becomes void on the stated validity date, unless on, or prior thereto, Seller has received (i) Buyer’s order evidenced by its return of this Quotation signed in the space provided for Buyer’s acceptance, or (ii) Buyer’s Notice To Proceed, (referencing this quotation) to commence design or fabrication of the project herein specified. All orders are subject to acceptance at Seller's offices in North Carolina and any sale to Buyer hereunder shall be governed solely by the terms and conditions contained herein which shall supersede any conflicting terms and conditions of Buyer, any statement in Buyer’s terms notwithstanding.

Quotation Validity. Quotation validity is (90) days from date of issue, unless a different period is specified in KST’s quotation.

Quotation Validity. 6.1. Any quotation provided by Kaishan to the Customer for the proposed supply of services is: (a) valid for 30 days; (b) an invitation to treat only; and (c) only valid if in writing. 6.2. An Agreement is accepted by Kaishan when Kaishan accepts, in writing or electronic means, an offer from the Customer or provides the Customer with the services. 6.3. Kaishan may refuse to accept any offer. 6.4. The Customer must provide Kaishan with its specific requirements, if any, in relation to the services.

Quotation Validity. (1) When signing this Agreement, Party B shall sign the Quotation with Party A (including the quotation signed by both parties through the online logistics portal, etc.) to confirm the service price and the validity period of the price. Before the expiration of the price validity period, if Party B needs to change the charging standard, it shall notify Party A in writing or by email 7 working days in advance before the expiration of the price validity period of the current quotation. After the two parties reach an agreement, they shall sign the Quotation (including the quotation signed by both parties through the online logistics portal, etc.) to determine the new price and the validity period of the new price. Party B promises that the validity period of the service price shall not be less than 30 natural days. (2) During the validity period of the quotation, Party B has the right to reduce the quotation to Party A. Party B shall notify Party A in writing in advance (including but not limited to written methods such as email), and the validity period of the new price shall be the same as the validity period of the old price.

Quotation Validity. 1.1. Unless otherwise indicated on the quote, written quotations by Seller shall expire automatically thirty 1.2. Quotation may be accepted by the Buyer only without any reservations.
