Purchaser’s Performance. All of the other covenants and obligations that the Purchaser is required to comply with or to perform pursuant to this Agreement at or prior to the Closing (considered collectively), and each of said covenants and obligations (considered individually), shall have been complied with and performed in all material respects.
Purchaser’s Performance. Purchaser shall have performed, satisfied and complied in all material respects with all covenants and agreements required by this Agreement to be performed, satisfied or complied with by Purchaser at or before the Closing.
Purchaser’s Performance. Purchaser shall have performed its obligations under this Agreement that are to be performed prior to or at Closing to the extent the same have not been waived by Seller in accordance with the terms hereof.
Purchaser’s Performance. Purchaser shall have performed in all material respects all obligations required by this Agreement to be performed by it on or before the Closing Date.
Purchaser’s Performance. Purchasers shall have performed their obligations and covenants under this Agreement that are to be performed prior to or at Closing, including but not limited to, Purchasers’ delivery of all of Purchasers’ Closing Documents.
Purchaser’s Performance. The obligations of Purchaser hereunder are subject at its election to the conditions that on the Closing Date:
Purchaser’s Performance. The covenants and obligations that the Purchaser is required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement at or prior to the Closing shall have been performed and complied with in all material respects, and the Vendor shall have received a certificate from the Purchaser to such effect signed by a duly authorized officer thereof.
Purchaser’s Performance. (a) The Purchaser shall have executed and delivered the Assumption Agreement and shall have made the payment contemplated by Section 1.5(b)(ii).
Purchaser’s Performance. At the Closing, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller each of the following:

At Closing, simultaneously with the deliveries of Seller pursuant to the provisions of Xxxxxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxx shall pay to Seller the Purchase Price in the manner specified in Paragraph 2, whereupon the Deposit, and any interest accrued thereon, shall be returned to Purchaser by the Title Company or, at the option of Purchaser, shall be applied against the payment of Purchase Price.
