Public Filing. The Parties hereby consent to the public filing of this Agreement if any Party is required to do so by law or by applicable regulations or policies of any regulatory agency of competent jurisdiction or any stock exchange.
Public Filing. Employee and the Company understand and agree that this Agreement will need to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and that its confidentiality cannot be protected.
Public Filing. 28. SCB and the Offices agree that this Agreement (and its attachments) shall be publicly filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Public Filing. Upon execution and or Closing of this Agreement, the Company shall prepare and file such documents as are necessary to comply with all applicable U.S. Securities Laws and regulations, including a current report on Form 8-K and preliminary and definitive information statements. The parties agree to cooperate in the preparation of such filings.

The Department and R+B agree that, upon the submission of this Agreement (including the Statement of Facts and other attachments) to the Court, this Agreement and its attachments shall be filed publicly in the proceedings in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Public Filing. The Borrower shall file a Form 8-K in a form acceptable to the Forbearing Lenders with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to this Agreement no later than 1 Business Day following the Forbearance Effective Date.
Public Filing. 26. IBK and the Office agree that, upon the submission of this Agreement (including the Statement of Facts and other attachments hereto) to the Court, this Agreement (and its attachments) shall be filed publicly with the Court.

You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement and the terms hereof will be publicly disclosed by the Company in various of its filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with its public reporting requirements, and therefore that neither this Agreement nor the terms hereof are confidential.
