Promo Codes. Promo codes and special “offers” are subject to the terms of each offer. This means that the details of the offer described in each place of advertisement. They are also subject to the below terms.

Solo dopo la decisione del proprietario dell’EVSE, ROUTE220 si r i s e r v a d i m o d i f i c a r e conseguentemente le tariffe del servizio di addebito. ROUTE220 non è obbligata a modificare le xxx tariffe di sessione di addebito senza il riconoscimento di dati di sessione errati da parte del proprietario dell’EVSE e non xxxx in alcun modo ritenuto responsabile per ciò. L’elenco completo delle sessioni di ricarica, comprensivo dei dati economici, è disponibile nella s e s s i o n e d e l P r o f i l o U t e n t e d e l l ’ A p p . L e r i c h i e s t e d i chiarimento, dettaglio o rettifica devono essere inoltrare via mail all’indirizzo di contatto, entro 30 giorni dalla data della sessione. Transazioni finanziarie - metodi di pagamento Il pagamento delle sessioni di ricarica come sopra determinate può essere eseguito secondo i seguenti metodi:

The RFID card, to be activated, must be associated with the Account via the App. The RFID card allows you to start and stop charging the vehicle through Private Charging Stations and / or Public Charging Stations, in accordance with the rates of the chosen station. It is your responsibility to check the App for any notifications relating to credit management, payments or charging sessions. It is possible to download a digital card to be used directly through the App in the same way as for the RFID card, on smartphones enabled and updated to the operating system and version of the correct App. Data Collected by Us. The Application collects the following information from your mobile device: personal data required to correctly identify the user and to comply with the fiscal and national laws. It is responsibility of the App user to provide all correct information, including mobile phone number and valid email address, to allow the necessary notifications related to the service of charging services. Incorrect, false or missing data are causes for interruption of services; Technical data about the device used to access and use the Application; Date, time, energy, EVSE used and any other service data necessary to correctly determine and debit charging service fees. These data are stored in our database and can be shared with EVSE owners, roami ng connected operators, EMS providers or interoperability hubs, for the needs of validating and communicating with users, grant EVSE access and collecting fees. Other data from the App could be collected by third parties SDKs regarding: Location of the user in order provide information about EVSE in the nearby; Location of the user while traveling to allow real time navigation instructions; Location of the user to allow proximity services, including deep links to third party’s app. None of those data are stored or logged in ROUTE220 servers and ROUTE2...
Promo Codes. You may receive a ‘Promo-code’ which you may use when submitting a booking You may only use the promo code within the terms provided together with the promo code A promo code cannot be added after the booking request is submitted You my use the promo code within the specified validity period provided by iiRide and not beyond this date and time iiRide is not responsible for misplaced or lost promo codes You may not duplicate, transfer or sell a promo code A promo code is not redeemable for cash or credit
Promo Codes. We may, in our sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for credit in your Account, or other features or benefits related to the Services, subject to any additional terms that we establish on a per promotional code basis (“Promo Codes”). Promo Codes may only be used once per person. Each benefit may only be redeemed once per Account. Promo Codes for duplicate benefits will be voided. Only Promo Codes sent to you through official Spa Space communications channels are valid. You agree that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold, or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public forum or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by us; (iii) may be disabled by us at any time for any reason without liability to us; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that we establish for such Promo Code; (v) are not redeemable for cash, gift cards or cash equivalents; and (vi) may expire prior to your use.
