Project Supervisor. The Project Proponent must identify the project supervisor and ensure that the project supervisor is available, with reasonable notification, to meet with, and provide information to the Administrator during the term of this Agreement. The Project Proponent may appoint a replacement project supervisor at any time during the term of this Agreement by providing the Administrator with written notice of the name and contact details of the replacement project supervisor.
Project Supervisor the project supervisor (“responsible dei lavori”) pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81, April 9, 2008 and subsequent amendments, being XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Project Supervisor. Minimum ten (10) years or equivalent experience in Low Voltage Structured Cabling Systems. Proven abilities to successfully manage and deploy personnel to specific tasks required on projects of up to 30 technicians. Knowledge of BICSI TDDM, EIA/TIA standards documentation and the NEC Codes. Skills/Abilities:
Project Supervisor. The project supervisor is the individual identified by the Operator who will be responsible for the administration of the Contract and its program and is the point of contact for communications with the Lead Staff.
Project Supervisor. Upon completion of nightly duties, the project supervisor will ensure that all offices have been cleaned and left in a neat and orderly condition, all lights have been turned off, and all doors locked. Supervisors will be responsible for completing a Nightly Supervisor Checklist which details any problem encountered during the course of cleaning either the tenant space or the public areas. Contractor is to submit to Owner at the time of his bid presentation a format he will implement to serve as the Nightly Supervisor Checklist.
Project Supervisor. The Employee’s direct supervisor will be the Deputy Director for Coordinating Structures on the Zambia HIV/AIDS Multi-Sector Technical Support and Capacity Building Program.
Project Supervisor. Lee X. Xxxxx xx hereby designated as the Project Supervisor for the purpose of taking all actions and making all certificates required to be taken and made by the Project Supervisor under the provisions hereof. If the Project Supervisor should become unavailable or unable to take any action or make any certificate provided for herein, another Project Supervisor and/or an Alternate Project Supervisor shall thereupon be appointed by the County pursuant to designation for that purpose made by the Company.
Project Supervisor. The Customer makes sure that a responsible contact person is appointed on site. This contact person shall indicate, without any doubt, before the start of construction (unless otherwise agreed by contract, assembly starts at 8.00 a.m. on the agreed delivery date), the exact location of the hall, to the Contractor’s installation personnel and ensure that no underground lines can be damaged at the construction site, e.g. power, gas, water, etc. (according to the type of hall, at least up to 1,40 m below the top border of the bottom, as ground spikes with a length up to 1,35 m will be used). If the Customer fails to comply with this obligation, he shall be held responsible for any damages, including any consequential damages. He already holds the Contractor free from any third party's claims. The positioning of the hall shall be checked beforehand in view of a meaningful integration into the operative business of the Customer as well as with regard to necessary distances to existing buildings and property limits.
Project Supervisor. The project supervisor is the individual from the Subgrantee who will be responsible for the administration of the program and communications with the Grantee Staff.
Project Supervisor. The Project Supervisor is the day-to-day driver of the project and will work directly with the fellow to oversee progress toward goals. He or she will introduce the fellow to key stakeholders, resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may occur during project work, and will sign off on approvals needed to advance each phase. The designated Project Supervisor for this project is Xxxx Xxxxxx, Chief of Staff, PBCE. The City agrees to provide the Fellow with a dedicated workspace, a telephone, a computer, internet access, security access as appropriate, office supplies, and any other physical resources related to performance of the fellowship. Financial Considerations Between the City and FUSE Corps regarding the Fellow: PBCE will provide no stipend to the Fellow in addition to that provided by XXXX. During a Fellow’s appointment, the City, at its sole discretion, may authorize and pay for all reasonable project-related expenses incurred by such Fellow in connection with the performance of services pursuant to the Placement Agreement for such Fellow including, without limitation, business expenses, travel expenses, and office supplies, all in accordance with the City’s applicable policies and procedures. PBCE will have no financial obligation for expenses related to duties required by FUSE, such as travel by the Fellow to FUSE trainings or events.
