Project Commissioning. The Project shall be declared as commissioned when the total rated commissioning capacity, along with the necessary evacuation infrastructure, has been installed and non-zero energy flows into the grid from the Project, which shall be verified by the Commissioning Committee. The date of Commissioning of the Project shall be indicated in the Commissioning Certificate issued for the Project.
Project Commissioning. APS shall engage 3rd party commissioning agents (CxA) to conduct enhanced commissioning of building systems. Prior to this, the GC shall coordinate a systematic process to ensure that the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), audio-visual, security, communications, and all other systems are fully functional in accordance with the design intent generated by the Contract Documents and APS’s operational needs, and the personnel charged with maintaining and operating them are trained (not merely familiarized) to perform operation and maintenance. The GC shall ensure all necessary approvals exist prior to equipment procurement and subsequent installation. The GC shall coordinate and chair pre-installation meetings for major MEP, structural and building envelope as well as other systems and equipment. The GC shall coordinate and participate, along with the A/E, in each Subcontractor's initial equipment testing and final systems testing, start-up demonstrations, and training for utilities, operational systems, and equipment with the A/E, Construction Manager Advisor and APS’ operations and maintenance personnel. The GC shall prepare all minutes of these items and prepare documentation of the actions, activities, and results obtained. All training shall be video-taped, and tapes shall be provided to APS as a component of the Operations and Maintenance Manuals. The CMA shall coordinate CxA as needed, attend, and participate in commissioning meetings, and monitor commissioning deficiency reports to ensure resolution of issues. The CMA shall track all commissioning activities to ensure they occur in a complete and timely fashion.
Project Commissioning. The Project should satisfy the Wind Solar Hybrid Power Project conditions and the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, the commissioning capacity shall be calculated as per the above Recital 4. The date of Commissioning of the Project shall be indicated in the Commissioning Certificate issued for the Project. Commissioning certificates shall be issued by the State Nodal Agency or CESC after successful commissioning.
Project Commissioning. Closeout, and Post-Project Support; (6) Environmental; (7) Project Control; (8) Contract Administration; (9) Health Physics; (10) Security; and (11) Diversity. The Evaluation Report will be prepared jointly by the Subcontract Administrator and the Technical Project Officer and will include input from other project team members.
Project Commissioning. The Project should satisfy the wind solar hybrid power project conditions and the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated Project Capacity has been installed and energy has flown into Grid, the commissioning capacity shall be calculated as per this Agreement. For the sake of clarity, the project would be declared commissioned if entire wind, solar & battery capacity is made operational as per the commissioning guide lines. The date of Commissioning of the Project shall be indicated in the Commissioning Certificate issued for the Project. Commissioning certificates shall be issued by the State Nodal Agency or the Captive User after successful commissioning.
Project Commissioning. 1.9.1. The Consultant shall assist the Authority during design, construction, and post-construction phases to ensure that the Authority’s new and existing facilities are well-designed, complete, properly functioning, and economical to operate and maintain, and that the Authority’s staff has adequate training and documentation to safely and efficiently operate and maintain its facilities. Services shall include, but not be limited to, design review, commissioning specification development, development and observation of testing plans, systems documentation, warranty inspections, training, retro-commissioning, and “LEED 2009” (or current version) requirements. LEED and sustainable design criteria shall be evaluated by the Consultant as part of the commissioning process (as further described in the Capital Programs Manual II: Guidelines for Consultants).
Project Commissioning. At least ninety (90) days before Commissioning of the Project is scheduled to begin, Contractor shall propose, for Concessionaire’s Approval and the Independent Engineer’s review and acceptance, a Performance Testing and Commissioning Plan and Program, including a Commissioning schedule, an organization chart of Contractor’s personnel conducting the Commissioning, and a comprehensive procedure for the review of the Operating Manual and the application of its contents to Project systems. Concessionaire shall supply its start-up personnel as provided in Section 5.5 hereof to perform the labor necessary to start-up the Project and to observe and verify Commissioning tasks performed by Contractor. Upon Concessionaire and the Independent Engineer’s acceptance of the Performance Testing and Commissioning Plan and Program for the Project, Contractor shall proceed to commission the Project. As Commissioning progresses, Contractor shall provide Concessionaire, VDOT and OS&S Contractor’s personnel with comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training in the operation and maintenance of the Project. Contractor shall coordinate all training sessions in a manner sufficient to provide Concessionaire, VDOT and the OS&S Contractor’s personnel with an adequate understanding of the basic and principal design, and the operation and maintenance aspects, of each dimension of the Project as an integrated whole.
Project Commissioning. The Landlord will, at the Landlord's sole expense and cost, provide or undertake the following tasks in connection with the construction of the Landlord's Work and the initial Tenant's Leasehold Improvements:
Project Commissioning. CIP will be responsible for commissioning of SIMPL Products. CIP is also required to assist its customer with set-up and on-boarding to the SimplWeb platform.
Project Commissioning. The District will appoint a Commissioning Services Provider and provide the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) template and District Commissioning Guide. The Design Builder shall in coordination with District‐ Appointed Commissioning Services Provider maintain and update the OPR and Basis of Design at each design phase submittal. Prior to the District taking Beneficial Occupancy of any portion of the Work, Design‐Builder shall fully commission all systems as required for that portion of the project to be occupied or used by the District and shall meet all requirements for Beneficial Occupancy Milestones as set forth in Article 17 of the General Conditions. At Project Substantial Completion, all systems on all phases shall have another full commissioning prior to final turnover of the project to the District.
