Prohibited Facilities. The Borrower shall not use or permit the use of any proceeds of the Funding Loan or any income from the investment thereof to provide any airplane, skybox, or other private luxury box, health club facility, any facility primarily used for gambling, or any store the principal business of which is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises.
Prohibited Facilities. No proceeds of the Bonds will be used to provide, or to refinance, an airplane, skybox or other private luxury box, any facility primarily used for gambling, or any store the principal business of which is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises, land to be used for farming purposes or any health club facility.
Prohibited Facilities. The Borrower represents and warrants that no portion of the proceeds of the Borrower Loan shall be used to provide any airplane, skybox or other private luxury box, health club facility, facility primarily used for gambling, or store the principal business of which is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises, and no portion of the proceeds of the Borrower Loan shall be used for an office unless (i) the office is located on the premises of the facilities constituting the Project and (ii) not more than a de minimus amount of the functions to be performed at such office is not related to the day-to-day operations of the Project.
Prohibited Facilities. During the Abatement Term, the Property may not include any of the prohibited facilities included in Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1-3(e). If such prohibited facilities are allowed on the Property then the tax abatement shall be terminated.

Issuer and Company covenant that no portion of the proceeds of the Bonds shall be used directly or indirectly to provide residential real property for family units, any private or commercial golf course, country club, massage parlor, tennis club, skating facility (including roller skating, skateboard, and ice skating), racquet sport facility (including any handball or racquetball court), hot tub facility, suntan facility, racetrack, airplane, skybox or other private luxury box, health club facility, facility used for gambling, or store, the principal business of which is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises.
Prohibited Facilities. You may not use the Law Library study rooms. You may not use the Computer Labs. You may not use the second and third floors of the Gerber Glass Building; access to these and other University facilities is prohibited.

The Authority and the Company represent that none of the proceeds of the Bond will be used to finance any airplane, skybox or other private luxury box, health club facility, facility primarily used for gambling, store the principal business of which is the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises, private or commercial golf course, country club, massage parlor, tennis club, skating facility (including roller skating, skate board and ice skating), racquet sports facility (including any handball or racquet ball court), hot tub facility, suntan facility, race track, automobile sales or service facility, retail food or beverage facility or entertainment facility.
Prohibited Facilities. You may not use the Law Library study rooms. You may not use the Computer Lab.
