Prohibited Behavior. You may not access Google services from an Application that engages in deceptive, unfair, harassing or otherwise annoying practices. For example, the Application may not: (a) use, or permit an unaffiliated person to use, an end user’s computer system for any purpose not understood and affirmatively consented to by the end user (including, without limitation, for purposes of consuming bandwidth or computer resources, sending email messages, launching denial of service attacks, accruing toll charges through a dialer or obtaining personal information from an end user’s computer such as login, password, account or other information personal to the end user); (b) intentionally create or exploit any security vulnerabilities in end user computers; (c) trigger pop-ups, pop-unders, exit windows, or similar obstructive or intrusive functionality, that materially interfere with an end user’s Web navigation or browsing or the use of his or her computer; (d) repeatedly ask an end user to take, or try to deceive an end user into taking, an action that the end user has previously declined to take (such as repeatedly asking an end user to change his or her home page or some other setting or configuration); (e) redirect browser traffic away from valid DNS entries (except that your Application may direct unresolved URLs to an alternative URL designated by you, provided that the page to which the end user resolves adequately informs the end user that you and your Application are the source of that page); (f) interfere with the browser default search functionality (except that your Application may permit an end user to change his or her default search engine with proper disclosure, consent and attribution as provided below); or (g) engage in activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Prohibited Behavior. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action(s) up to and including dismissal from the Program: • criminal behavior or violation of local laws • behavior that is detrimental or threatening to the health, welfare, or safety of the Student or AMIDEAST staff, faculty, Host Family (if applicable), any Host Country national(s), any other Student(s), or any other individual(s) or entity(s), including harassment of any kind, threats, or use of physical or verbal violence, violation of Host Country laws, bullying (defined as unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance), actions motivated by bias as related to sexual orientation, mental/physical disability, race, religion, or ethnicity • self-endangerment, including statements about inflicting self-harm and involvement in activities or behavior that could result in personal harm, including, but not limited to, frequenting dangerous places, association with criminals, or repeated intoxication • disrespectful, aggressive, dishonest, or abusive language and/or behavior towards AMIDEAST staff, faculty, Host Family (if applicable), housing staff, any Host Country national(s), any other Student(s), or any other individual(s) or entity(s) • failure to comply with the directions of AMIDEAST or Partner staff or faculty member acting in the performance of their job • failure to follow through with specific academic or health-related support rendered by AMIDEAST or Partner staff or faculty member • disorderly, indecent, or obscene conduct, which could include gestures, language, or actions and includes behavior that disrupts programmatic activities • theft or vandalism • participation in or failure to immediately remove oneself from the vicinity of strikes, demonstrations, or other political gatherings • willful property damage to any of the following: AMIDEAST facilities or property, Partner facilities or property, AMIDEAST-provided accommodations, hotels, or transportation • misuse of the AMIDEAST Online LMS platform • providing unauthorized access to the AMIDEAST Online LMS platform student account • use of AMIDEAST Online LMS for any illegal purposeunauthorized use of or entry to any AMIDEAST or Partner institution facilities or equipment • unauthorized access to, viewing, copying, or distribution of AMIDEAST, Partner, or other records • use of AMIDEAST equipment for any illegal purpose • absence from programmatic activities without proper not...
Prohibited Behavior. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Executive shall not engage in the following behavior anywhere where the Employer or its affiliates sell products, conduct business, or plan to conduct business as of the date of this Agreement or, if applicable, the date of Executive’s cessation of employment with the Employer (the “Employer’s Business”): (a) During Executive’s employment, Executive shall not own an interest in, operate or participate in, or be connected as an officer, director, employee, agent, independent contractor, partner, shareholder, member or principal of any business entity or person producing, designing, providing, soliciting orders for, selling, distributing, or marketing products, goods, or services that compete with Employer’s business; (b) During Executive’s employment and for a 24 month period thereafter, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, either for himself or any other person, induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, vendor, licensor, licensee or other business affiliate of the Employer or any affiliate with whom Executive had direct contact with to (i) reduce the business it does with the Employer, or (ii) do business with any competitor or potential competitor of Employer’s Business. (c) Executive shall not undertake any employment or activity competitive with the Employer’s Business, including without limitation the inducement or solicitation of the Employer or its affiliates’ customer, supplier, vendor, licensor, licensee or other business affiliate, if the duties or work of, in connection with or related to such competitive employment or activity would cause Executive to reveal or use any Confidential Material or Proprietary Information. The restriction set forth in this Section shall not be limited to a particular time or geographical area. (d) During Executive’s employment and for a 24 month period thereafter, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, either for himself or any other person, induce or attempt to induce any employee or independent contractor of the Employer or any affiliate to terminate their employment or contract with the Employer. (e) Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth in this Section 4.3, Executive may purchase or otherwise acquire up to one percent (1%) of any class of securities of any enterprise (but without otherwise participating in the activities of such enterprise) if such securities are listed on any national or regional securities exchange.

For example, a Distributor App may not do any of the following: (a) Intentionally create, facilitate the creation of, or exploit any security vulnerabilities in an End User’s computer. (b) Trigger pop-ups, pop-unders, exit windows, or similar obstructive or intrusive functionality that materially interferes with an End User’s web navigation or browsing or the use of his or her computer. (c) For a period of six months after an End User declines to take (or reverses) an action with respect to that Distributor App (including, without limitation, during installation, use, update or uninstallation of a Distributor App), re-prompt the End User to take, or try to deceive the End User into taking, such action. (d) Redirect browser traffic away from valid DNS entries. (e) Interfere with or bypass general browser messaging, functionality or performance, including without limitation general rendering of web pages (for example, by injection of html code into web pages viewed by the End User on a browser, where such html code is not provided specifically for the purpose of enhancing either (i) the quality of rendering or (ii) the speed of rendering of the page called by the End User). (f) Engage in an activity that violates any applicable law or regulation. (g) Contain any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or the like.

Prohibited Behavior. It is a violation of our drug-free workplace policy to use, possess, sell, trade, and/or offer for sale alcohol, illegal drugs or intoxicants. Prescription and over-the-counter drugs are not prohibited when taken in standard dosage and/or according to a physician's prescription. Any employee taking prescribed or over-the- counter medications will be responsible for consulting the prescribing physician and/or pharmacist to ascertain whether the medication may interfere with safe performance of his/her job. If the use of a medication could compromise the safety of the employee, fellow employees or the public, it is the employee's responsibility to use appropriate personnel procedures (e.g., call in sick, use leave, request change of duty, notify supervisor) to avoid unsafe workplace practices. The illegal or unauthorized use of prescription drugs is prohibited. It is a violation of our drug- free workplace policy to intentionally misuse and/or abuse prescription medications. Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken if job performance deterioration and/or other accidents occur.
Prohibited Behavior. Vendor may not taunt, abuse or engage in a verbal or written altercation with any event attendee, other vendor, entertainer or other participant.
