Production Estimates. At least 30 days before the beginning of each calendar month during the Term, Producer will deliver to Bunge a written estimate of its anticipated Feedstock requirements and biodiesel production volumes for the Facility for the 90 day period beginning on the first day of such month.

Production Estimates. As of the Effective Date and commencing on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the Effective Date and continuing on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month during the term of this Agreement, Customer shall provide to UBE a 12-month rolling forecast of the volume of the Ethanol to be produced and delivered by Customer for such 12-month rolling period. Customer shall immediately notify UBE of any changes to the Ethanol production estimate for such 12-month rolling period as soon as Customer has knowledge of the same. At least five (5) days prior to the beginning of the week during which it is to be removed by UBE, Customer shall also provide a weekly estimate (the “Weekly Estimate”) to UBE of the volume of the Ethanol (each such amount, a “Ethanol Parcel”) to be produced and delivered by Customer together with a notice of the amount of the Ethanol in inventory as of the date of the notice.
Production Estimates. On or before the first day of each month, Producer will provide Bunge with its updated best estimate of Producer’s anticipated monthly Ethanol production for the next twelve months, so that Bunge will have Ethanol production estimates from Producer twelve months into the future during the Term (each such monthly anticipated amount, a “Monthly Estimate”). If Producer fails to timely provide a written estimate for a month as required by this Section 2.2, then the Monthly Estimate for such month will be deemed to be the average amount of monthly production of Ethanol over the two months immediately preceding the month in question. Producer will notify Bunge of anticipated production downtime or disruption in Ethanol availability at least three months in advance of such outage. In addition to the Monthly Estimates, Producer will provide a written estimate to Bunge of the quantity of Ethanol to be produced and delivered by Producer in each given week (each such weekly anticipated amount, a “Weekly Estimate”) during the Term at least five days prior to the beginning of such week. Each Weekly Estimate will (a) include a statement of the amount of Ethanol in storage as of such date, and (b) be consistent with the applicable Monthly Estimate.
Production Estimates. Estimates provided by Seller of uptime, cycle time or other Product capability statements, if any, shall not be deemed to constitute production warranties or guarantees of any kind. Seller does not make production warranties or guarantees. Production estimates, if any, are estimates only, and are based on Customer’s prints, specifications or other Customer information available at time of the applicable Proposal. The actual production capability of a Product is entirely dependent upon production and other conditions in Customer’s plant, which are beyond Seller’s reasonable control.
Production Estimates. Effective as of the date of this Agreement, Processor requires from Plant Supplier five (5) days prior to the start of each month gas composition analyses American Midstream (Louisiana Intrastate), LLC L1234 8 Execution Copy and monthly volume forecast, i.e. monthly wellhead production estimates, daily pipeline nomination volume, or other delivery point information for any Gas that may be delivered into Southern’s Lines, for each Field Delivery Point (expressed in MCF per day).
Production Estimates. With each notification in Section 2.1, Seller shall provide a best estimate of the amount of Ethanol production on a daily basis for the six (6) month period following the estimated Date of First Delivery to Buyer. Producer shall immediately notify Marketer of any changes to any such Oil production forecast as soon as Producer has knowledge of any such change.

Production Estimates. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, LS will provide MCP with LS's best estimate of LS's anticipated monthly ethanol production for the next twelve (12) months, to assist MCP in developing appropriate marketing strategies for the ethanol to be produced by LS. On or before the first day of each month, LS will provide MCP with its updated best estimate of LS's anticipated monthly ethanol production for the next twelve (12) months, so that MCP will have ethanol production estimates from LS twelve (12) months into the future during the entire time that this Agreement is in effect. Once this Agreement has been terminated under Section 2(a), Section 2(b), or Section 2(d) above, LS will no longer be required to provide MCP with any further monthly ethanol production estimates, except to the extent required in any written termination agreement between the parties entered into under Section 2(d) above. Once either party has sent a written notice of intent to terminate this Agreement under Section 2(c) above, LS's monthly ethanol production estimates must continue to cover the time period through the proposed termination date, but need not extend to any months after the proposed termination date.
