Product Traceability. All products during manufacture must have accountability (e.g., parts quantities, split orders, nonconforming product).
Product Traceability. IQE plc shall maintain complete traceability on all Products or packaging containing Products which are held in Inventory showing that such Products are the property of ▇▇▇. IQE plc shall ensure that such Products are explicitly designated as ▇▇▇ material through assigned batch ID numbers on every incoming shipment to Inventory. Different batch numbers will identify different Products/part numbers. Tracking of Product batches from date of receipt, through storage and then withdrawal from inventory will be reported to ▇▇▇ monthly by referencing identified batch numbers.
Product Traceability. Integrator shall keep records for each HealthPresence Products sold to its End Users regarding traceability as required by applicable laws and regulations and to ensure patient safety. Such record shall include, without limitation, the following: the name and contact information of each End User (company name, address, and contact person). The records shall conform with local and US laws and regulations so that any HealthPresence Product may be traced to the point(s) of title transfer and installation. If authorized to install and validate the HealthPresence Products pursuant to a separate written agreement with Cisco, Integrator shall follow all requirements regarding documentation and retention of installation and validation records pursuant to such agreement and the Solution Design Guide. Such records with respect to each unit of Health Presence Product shall be kept for a period of at least ten (10) years following delivery to the End User of such unit and made available for inspection when reasonably requested by Cisco. Integrator shall not provide Cisco with any confidential patient information.
Product Traceability. Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that it shall maintain all of its production and shipment records for a period of not less than two (2) years following the manufacture of Product hereunder, and shall permit Buyer to inspect and copy (at B▇▇▇▇’s expense) any of such records during normal business hours and upon reasonable prior notice to Seller. In addition, Seller shall retain Product samples taken from shipped Product for a period of not less than twelve (12) months following date of shipment. In the event that Buyer determines to recall the Product or any other product that incorporates the Product, Seller agrees to reasonably cooperate with Buyer at Buyer’s expense (except to the extent otherwise covered under Seller’s warranty and indemnification obligations under Section 4(b) and Section 5(a), respectively) in order to facilitate any such recall.
Product Traceability. Supplier shall maintain traceability records for all regulatory-controlled products listed in agency reports. Such products must be traceable from the source of manufacture by lot or date code through the manufacturing process, and to their final destination via serialization. Traceability information shall be provided to HP upon request. Traceability must be in place by date code or serial number for all returned FRU’s.
Product Traceability. CareDx shall establish a “customer by product” and “product by customer” tracking system to maintain direct traceability from CareDx to the customer (at product, lot/serial number, quantity, and shipment date levels, at a minimum).

3. Records the information stated above from receiving the Product from AOS through delivering the Product to Customer; and
4. Additional label pasted by Distributor shall not cover AOS original labels and markings.
Product Traceability. The Farmer and or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ can ensure, demonstrate and document that the product received back is made from the ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ own produce or products.
