Product Resale. As an employee of Company, Employee may receive Company products and materials either at no charge or at a discount as specified from time to time by Company in its sole discretion. Employee agrees that the products received from Company are strictly limited to Employee's personal use and that of Employee's family and may not be resold, given or disposed of to any other person or entity, or otherwise disposed of in a manner inconsistent with the personal use herein described.
Product Resale. Customer desires to obtain security hardware and software products from LTT for valuable consideration as agreed upon and defined in Exhibit A (the “Products”), the first of which A-1 is attached as of the Effective Date, and LTT is an authorized reseller of the Products;
Product Resale. DISTRIBUTOR shall resell the Products only to Resellers -------------- for resale to end users and, directly, to End-Users for the Products.
Product Resale. 4.1 All Products are sold or licensed exclusively pursuant to the End User Terms governing the use of, and warranty applicable to, such Products.
Product Resale. Unless otherwise with the prior written approval from TITANIUM (which such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), DISTRIBUTOR shall resell the Products only to (i) resellers in the Territory and (ii) end- users in Hong Kong.

Product Resale. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and CleanSpark's then-current policies and requirements, CleanSpark, agrees to exclusively inside the borders of Costa Rica permit Partner to resell the Products to prospective Customers through use of the partner site made available to Partner by CleanSpark or through a CleanSpark Authorized Sales Representatives. In the event that Partner is to be invoiced directly for all or a portion of its Customer's use of the Products in accordance with CleanSpark policies and procedures, Partner shall be solely responsible for all payments due to CleanSpark in connection with such use, whether or not each Customer pays Partner for such use. (d) Marketing Collateral. CleanSpark, in its sole discretion, may provide Partner with marketing collateral (which may include electronic marketing materials and corporate logo, marketing brochures, product lists, tutorials or demonstrations) concerning the Products in such quantities as deemed necessary by CleanSpark for distribution to prospective Customers and other valid purposes.
Product Resale. If Seller provides Buyer with any materials, equipment, or fixtures to assist in any way with the resale of any Products purchased from Seller, then unless otherwise agreed in writing, Buyer will be considered the sole owner of such materials, equipment or fixtures, without charge, free and clear of any interest, of Seller. This provision will apply regardless of whether the materials, equipment, or fixtures are shown on a Purchase Order. Seller must pay for all samples and freight for samples that are part of the usual means of doing business. This includes samples for planogram, specification approval, production samples, ad samples and any other samples that need to be modified or corrected. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Seller acknowledges that Buyer is not required to spend any amount on promoting or marketing or otherwise showcasing the Products supplied by Seller.
Product Resale. LBOs are not permitted to sell products to non-LBOs for resale.
Product Resale. RESELLER shall resell the Products only to End-Users.
