XXXXXXX shall disclose, to the extent known, the results and reports of prior tests, inspections or investigations conducted for the MWTS Project involving: structural or mechanical systems; chemical, air and water pollution; hazardous materials; or other environmental and subsurface conditions. XXXXXXX shall disclose all information known to XXXXXXX regarding the presence of pollutants on the MWTS Project Site that are not related to the Work.
