PRICES FOR SERVICES. 13.1 The prices offered by the Supplier for Call-Off Contracts to Contracting Bodies for Services shall be based on the prices tendered in accordance with the requirements of the mini-competition or single tender held pursuant to Clause 7.
PRICES FOR SERVICES. 10.1 The prices offered by the Provider for Call-Off Contracts to Contracting Bodies for the Services shall be no higher than the prices listed in the Pricing Matrix for the relevant Provider‟s Lot.
PRICES FOR SERVICES. Services provided to any Recipient pursuant to the terms of this Agreement will be charged at the prices set forth for such Service on the Schedule. At the end of each twelve (12) months during the Service Period, the Provider will review the charges, costs and expenses actually incurred by the Provider in providing any Service (collectively, “Actual Cost”) during the previous twelve (12) months. In the event the Provider determines that the Actual Cost for any service materially differs from the aggregate costs charged to Recipient for that Service for that period, the Provider will deliver to Recipient documentation for such Actual Cost and the parties will renegotiate in good faith to adjust the appropriate costs charged to the Recipient prospectively.
PRICES FOR SERVICES. 13.1 The prices offered by the Provider for Call-Off Contracts to Contracting Bodies for Standard Services shall be subject to agreement between the Contracting Bodies and the Provider and shall never exceed the prices listed in the Pricing Matrix for the relevant Provider’s Lot.

At a time during the Service Period to be separately agreed by the Provider and the Recipient, the Provider will review the charges, costs and expenses actually incurred by the Provider in providing any Service (collectively, the “Actual Cost”) during the period preceding such review up to the last review, if any. In the event the Provider determines that the Actual Cost for any service materially differs from the aggregate costs charged to Recipient for that Service for that period, the Provider will deliver to Recipient documentation for such Actual Cost and the Parties will renegotiate in good faith to adjust the appropriate costs charged to the Recipient prospectively.
PRICES FOR SERVICES. StoresOnline shall charge Distributor's end-user customers the one-time Store Set-up Price set forth on the Addendum for each electronic storefront that is established pursuant to this Agreement. StoresOnline shall charge Distributor the applicable Monthly Base Wholesale Price set forth on the Addendum for each active storefront. Unless Distributor elects to xxxx its customers directly in accordance with paragraph 6.c herein, the Monthly Base Wholesale Price for each active storefront shall be offset by StoresOnline against payments due to Distributor and the applicable mall reseller in accordance with paragraph 6.b hereof.
