Preventative Measures. Grantee shall promptly report to Grantor in writing any conditions or activities upon the Premises known to Grantee which create a risk of harm to persons, property or the environment and shall take whatever action is necessary to prevent injury to persons or property arising out of such conditions or activities; provided, however, that Grantee's reporting to Grantor shall not relieve Grantee of any obligation whatsoever imposed on it by this Easement Agreement. Grantee shall promptly respond to Grantor's request for information regarding said conditions or activities.

Preventative Measures. Design-Builder shall take all reasonable measures to prevent injury to persons or damage to any property on the Site, or in the vicinity thereof, as a result of Design-Builder’s or Subcontractors’ performance of the Work, whether or not a hazardous or potentially hazardous condition exists due to the prosecution of the Work or due to work or activities being performed by Owner or others. Such reasonable measures shall include: (a) prevention of fires; (b) furnishing of temporary construction fences, flagmen, warning signs, and barricades; (c) elimination of excessive dust or smoke emission; (d) protection of overhead utility lines, underground pipes, conduit, or cables; and (e) protection of existing Work or work in progress by Owner or others.
Preventative Measures. The Contractor shall develop and maintain throughout the execution of the Contract preventative measures relating to worker health concerns, including providing inoculations or other preventative treatments for disease that are either global in nature or endemic in the project area. The Contractor shall undertake appropriate measures to reduce the risk of transfer of STDs and HIV/AIDS among the Contractor’s Personnel and the local community including providing condoms and information for raising awareness among employees of sexually transmitted disease and HIV/AIDS.

Before Unit Mechanical Completion of the Second Unit, Contractor shall remove from the Site and surrounding area in accordance with applicable Laws explosives and other Hazardous Materials supplied or generated by Contractor or its Personnel, unless the same have been permanently incorporated into the Facility; provided that, if any such explosives and other Hazardous Materials are necessary for completion of the Work, Contractor shall be permitted to retain such explosives and other Hazardous Materials at the Site but only if, and to the extent, in compliance with the COL and applicable Laws and only until completion of the Work.

A privacy impact assessment (PIA) must be carried out before personal data can be processed. This assessment should provide insight into risks that go hand in hand with the processing of data and privacy requirements that must be met. An organisation will have to keep in mind the type and amount of personal data that is being processed while carrying out a PIA.
