Pressures. Gatherer shall install and maintain compression facilities which have an average design suction pressure of 5 psig at the inlet meter of the screw compressor applicable to each Delivery Point in accordance with the provisions of the Facilities Development Plan attached hereto as Exhibit "B". Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Gatherer and Owner agree that the pressures maintained at the compression facilities and at the wellhead(s) will be adjusted as reasonable and necessary to optimize production with due consideration for the design and operational capabilities and limitations of the compressor units. 6.1. The Gas delivered at the Receipt Point(s) shall be commercially free of gum, gum-forming constituents, gasoline, and other solid or liquid matter that may become separated from the Gas during Gathering thereof and shall conform to the Specifications as the same may be amended or supplemented by Gatherer from time to time: (a) Have a total Gross Heating Value of not less than 950 Btu's per cubic foot; (b) Be commercially free of all dust, non-vaporous hydrocarbon liquids, suspended matter, all gums and gum forming constituents and any other objectionable substances; (c) Contain not more than twenty (20) grains of total sulfur, nor more than one-fourth (1/4) grain of hydrogen sulfide per one hundred (100) standard cubic feet; (d) Contain not more than four percent (4%) by volume of carbon dioxide (CO2); (e) Have no greater than 10 ppm of oxygen; (f) Not contain more than six percent (6%) by volume of total inerts; (g) Have a temperature of not less than forty (40) degrees Fahrenheit nor greater than one hundred and twenty (120) degrees Fahrenheit; (h) Contain no free water; and (i) Have a hydrocarbon dew point no greater than twenty-five (25) degrees Fahrenheit.
Pressures. 10.1 The quantities of gas delivered or caused to be delivered by Buyer to Seller hereunder shall be delivered into Seller's pipeline system at a pressure sufficient to enter Seller's system, but in no event shall such gas be delivered at a pressure exceeding the maximum authorized operating pressure or such other pressure as Seller permits at the Point(s) of Receipt.
Pressures. 4.01 All gas tendered by or on behalf of Shipper to Enbridge shall be tendered at the Receipt Point(s) at Enbridge’s prevailing pressure at that Receipt Point, or at such pressure as per operating agreements between Enbridge and the applicable Interconnecting Pipeline as amended or restated from time to time. 4.02 All gas tendered by or on behalf of Enbridge to Shipper shall be tendered at the Delivery Point(s) at Enbridge’s prevailing pressure at that Delivery Point or at such pressure as per agreements between Enbridge and the applicable Interconnecting Pipeline as amended or restated from time to time. 4.03 Under no circumstances shall Enbridge be obligated to receive or deliver gas hereunder at pressures exceeding the maximum allowable operating pressures prescribed under any applicable governmental regulations; nor shall Enbridge be required to make any physical deliveries or to accept any physical receipts which its existing facilities cannot accommodate.
Pressures. Company shall operate its storage facilities at pressures which will accommodate the withdrawal of gas in accordance with Company’s outstanding firm service storage commitments. Company shall operate its transportation facilities at pressures which will accommodate the redelivery of gas in accordance with Company’s outstanding firm service transportation commitments. Shipper shall be obligated to deliver gas for injection or for transportation, at a pressure sufficient for Company to transport such gas to and inject into its storage facility, or to transport such gas for redelivery, recognizing that the amount of such pressure will vary based on the operation of the Company pipeline.
Pressures. 6.01 Enbridge may in its sole discretion at any time vary the pressure at the local transmission system as described in Schedule 1 herein.
Pressures. 9.01 Schedule 1 of this Contract shall govern receipt and delivery pressures which may be revised from time to time by Union upon written notice to Shipper. Under no circumstances shall Union be obligated to receive or deliver gas hereunder at pressures exceeding the maximum allowable operating pressures prescribed under any applicable governmental regulations; nor shall Union be required to make any physical deliveries or to accept any physical receipts which its existing facilities cannot accommodate.
Pressures. The Gas delivered by Shipper to the Receipt Points hereunder shall be delivered at a pressure sufficient to overcome the operating pressure existing in Houston's facilities from time to time; provided, however, in no event shall such pressures ever exceed the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure ("MAOP") and Shipper shall at its sole cost and expense ensure that all documentation and data required by the applicable regulatory authority with regard to Shipper's or Shipper's supplier's overpressure protection facilities upstream of the Delivery Point are made available and updated on an annual basis throughout the term of this Agreement. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ fails to comply with the foregoing covenant, Houston may, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s sole cost and expense, install such overpressure protection facilities (either upstream or downstream of the metering facilities, as Houston may elect) in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Gas delivered by Houston to the Delivery Points shall be delivered at the pressure existing in Houston's facilities from time to time.
Pressures. The Gas delivered at the Points of Receipt hereunder shall be delivered at a pressure sufficient to overcome the operating pressure existing in ETF’s facilities from time to time, except for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and BOA Points of Receipt, which are not to exceed XXXX psig. If ETF’s operating pressure exceeds XXXX psig for ten consecutive days, XTO shall be obligated to pay only the Retention Volume on only the amount of Gas that actually flowed during the time period in which the operating pressure exceeded XXXX psig. If ETF’s operating pressure exceeds XXXX psig for 30 consecutive days, upon written notification from XTO, ETF shall have XXXX days to cure the problem and reduce the operating pressure to XXXX psig. If ETF fails to cure the problem within the aforementioned XXXX days, XTO shall have the right to either add necessary compression in order to deliver against ETF’s operating pressure, the commercially reasonable costs of such compression to be paid by ETF, or to terminate this Agreement. ETF shall maintain pressures sufficient to facilitate deliveries to the Carthage Point of Delivery under normal operating conditions, and the Gas redelivered at the remaining Points of Delivery shall be delivered by ETF at the pressure existing in ETF’s facilities from time to time.
Pressures. MEP shall deliver or shall have delivered on its behalf and Enogex shall receive on behalf of MEP at the Receipt Points all natural gas quantities tendered for transportation through the Leased Capacity in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2 and Exhibit A at the line pressures existing in the Enogex System at the Receipt Points other than the [Confidential information has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.]. Notwithstanding the line pressure prevailing in the Enogex System in the vicinity from time to time, Enogex shall be obligated to receive at [Confidential information has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.] on a firm basis a quantity of gas up to the Receipt Quantity specified in Exhibit A for [Confidential information has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.], plus a proportionate quantity of MEP Fuel and Enogex System Fuel Gas, provided that such gas is tendered at a pressure no lower than 525 psig, provided, however, that Enogex shall endeavor in the event gas is delivered at a pressure of not substantially less than 525 psig to receive as much gas [Confidential information has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.] as can be delivered against the pressure then prevailing in the Enogex System at the point. In no event shall natural gas be delivered to Enogex at any Receipt Point at a pressure exceeding the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (“MAOP”) of the Enogex System. Enogex shall deliver to MEP at the Bennington Delivery Point quantities of natural gas which are thermally equivalent to those delivered to Enogex at the Receipt Points for transportation through the Leased Capacity, less Enogex System Fuel Gas, at pressures sufficient to enter MEP’s system against MEP’s prevailing line pressure, such pressure not to exceed 1250 psig, but in no event shall Enogex deliver gas to MEP at a pressure exceeding MEP’s MAOP at such point.
Pressures. Pressures calculated for purposes of this Agreement shall be (**) pressures at the Receipt Point(s) for the Month as determined by BUYER.
