Press Releases and Other Public Announcements. From the date of this Agreement, all public announcements or press releases concerning any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall only be issued after the Parties shall have consulted and agreed on the contents and timing of the relevant public announcement or press release. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall restrict or prohibit:
Press Releases and Other Public Announcements. 8.3.1. The parties will cooperate in the release of a mutually agreed press release following the Effective Date at a time to be determined by Syros. The parties also recognize that each party may from time to time desire to issue additional press releases and make other public statements or disclosures regarding specific terms of this Agreement, which may be made pursuant to Section 8.3.3 below.
Press Releases and Other Public Announcements. Except as expressly provided in Section 8.3, neither Party shall make a press release or other public announcement regarding this Agreement, the terms hereof or the transactions contemplated hereby without the prior written approval of the other Party, except for any such press release or other public announcement that is required by Applicable Law or the rules of a stock exchange on which the securities of the Party making such press release or announcement are listed (or to which an application for listing has been submitted), in which case such Party shall provide the other Party with the proposed text of any such press release or public announcement for review and approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) as early as possible, but in no event less than three (3) Business Days in advance of the publication, communication or dissemination thereof; provided, however, that such other Party shall be deemed to have approved any such press release or public announcement if it fails to notify the proposing Party in writing of any objections to such press release or public announcement within two (2) Business Days of receipt by such other Party of the text of such press release or public announcement.
Press Releases and Other Public Announcements. It is understood and agreed that the execution of this Agreement and the establishment of the Joint Venture shall not be considered Confidential Information, and each party shall have the right to issue press releases and other public announcements concerning its involvement with the same, provided, however, that any press release which references any other Party to this Agreement shall be subject to the prior written approval of the party so referenced, which approval shall not be unreasonably upheld.

Subscriber may make a press or other public announcement regarding being a Subscriber under the terms of this Agreement, provided that Subscriber shall not use, name, or include the identities of any member or other participant of the Corporation in any form of publicity or public announcement without the prior written consent of such other member or participant. Subscriber is not authorized to provide quotes or comments on behalf of the Corporation.

The parties also recognize that each party may from time to time desire to issue additional press releases and make other public statements or disclosures regarding specific terms of this Agreement, which may be made pursuant to Section 9.3.3 below.

Each Party covenants and undertakes to the other Party that the Parties shall not make any public announcements or issue any press releases unless the Parties shall have agreed in writing to do so and on the content thereof. Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict or prohibit:
