Prenotifications Clause Samples
Prenotifications. If Company chooses to originate non-dollar prenotification Entries to verify the accuracy of routing and account numbers, it agrees not to initiate live dollar Entries until at least 6 banking days following the settlement date of the prenotification Entry. Prenotifications will be provided to Financial Institution in the format provided in the Rules. If Company receives notice that a prenotification has been rejected or returned, Company will research the problem and make any necessary corrections before transmitting another Entry.
Prenotifications. If you initiate prenotifications, you agree to send them as required by the REGULATORY RULES. If the RDFI indicates it cannot accept such entries, you agree not to initiate the entries.
Prenotifications. Customer shall indemnify Bank for all Entries it originates that contain incorrect information. Customer agrees that if it chooses not to send prenotification entries, Customer is responsible for Entries that are misrouted to incorrect accounts and shall indemnify Bank for any costs, expenses, or losses resulting therefrom.
Prenotifications. The Customer may send prenotifications six (6) Business Days prior to initiating the first Entry to a particular account. After the Customer has received notice that any such Entry has been rejected by the Receiving Depository Bank, the Customer will not initiate any Entry to such customer.

1. Such notice shall be provided to Financial Institution in the format and on the medium provided in the Rules.
2. Should Company receive notice that any such prenotification has been rejected by an RDFI or the ACH Operator, future Entries shall not be initiated.
3. Should Company receive a Notification of Change from an RDFI, future Entries shall not be initiated unless the requested changes have been made.

At its option, Client may send prenotification that it intends to initiate an Entry to a particular account in accordance with the procedures set forth in the NACHA Rules or as established by Bank. Client may not initiate live dollar Entries until at least three (3) Business Days following the Settlement Date of the prenotification (as long as there is not a return or NOC related to the prenotification received by Bank by the opening of business on the second Business Day following such Settlement Date). The prenotification can be returned or result in an NOC. If the prenotification is returned, Client shall research the reason for return and make any necessary corrections before transmitting another Entry. If the prenotification results in an NOC that Bank receives by the opening of business on the second Business Day following such Settlement Date, Client must make the required changes prior to a subsequent Entry to the Receiver’s account. If the NOC is received after that time, Client must make required changes within six (6) Business Days or prior to a live Entry, whichever is later.
Prenotifications. The Company will send prenotifications six (6) business days prior to initiating the first entry to a particular account. After the Company has received notice that any such entry has been rejected by the RDFI, the Company will not initiate any entry to such customer.
Prenotifications a. The Customer will not send prenotifications unless it elects that option by initialing in (b) below. Notice of certain changes in the Entries to be processed is to be provided pursuant to Section 17 below;
b. Prenotification Option ‐ By initialing in this section (b), the Customer elects to send Prenotifications, when applicable, ten (10) Banking Days (as defined in the Rules) prior to the settlement date of the prenotification before initiating the first entry to a particular account. Such notice shall be provided to the Bank in the format and on the medium provided in the ACH Rules. After the Customer has received notice that any such notification has been rejected by a receiving financial institution, or that a receiving financial institution will not receive entries without having first received a copy of the authorization signed by its customer, the Customer will not initiate any entry to such customer, except the Customer may initiate entries after providing the receiving financial institution with such authorization, within the time limits provided by the Rules. Customer will provide to the Bank prior written notice pursuant to Section 17 hereunder, regarding certain changes to Entries.
