Preliminary Budget. Landlord shall retain a contractor ------------------ ("Contractor") as the general contractor for the construction of the Tenant ------------ Improvements. Tenant shall have the right to approve the construction contract between Landlord and Contractor for the construction of the Tenant Improvements, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed; provided, however, that Tenant shall have no right to disapprove such construction contract if such construction contract substantially conforms with the applicable AIA form contract and general conditions. Ten (10) days after approval by Landlord and Tenant of the Preliminary Plans, Contractor shall prepare a preliminary budget for the Tenant Improvements based upon the approved Preliminary Plans, which Contractor shall submit to Tenant for its review and approval. Within three (3) days after Tenant's receipt of the preliminary budget, Tenant shall either approve or disapprove the preliminary budget. If Tenant reasonably rejects such preliminary budget, Tenant shall, within five (5) days of Tenant's delivery of a written rejection notice to Landlord, require Architect to revise the Preliminary Plans to reduce the cost of the Tenant Improvements. Following Tenant's instructions to the Architect, Landlord and Tenant shall again follow the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2.2.1 and this Paragraph 2.2.2 with respect to the approval of the Preliminary Plans and to the submission and approval of the preliminary budget from Contractor.
Preliminary Budget. Attached hereto as Exhibit I and made a part hereof is a preliminary budget for the Site Work (the “Preliminary Budget”) setting forth all of the estimated costs, as of the Agreement Date, for performing and constructing the Site Work. The Parties agree that the Preliminary Budget does not constitute the budget described in Section 8.2(l) of the Senior Contract; rather, the Budget, as defined below (including FCRHA approval) shall be the budget described in Section 8.2(l) of the Senior Contract.
Preliminary Budget. An estimate of all of the costs and expenses reasonably expected to be incurred in connection with the Project Services and the procurement of appropriate materials or otherwise under this Agreement, including those contracts entered into prior to this Agreement attached as Exhibit D hereto (the “Preexisting Construction Contracts”) is attached hereto as Exhibit E-1 (the “Preliminary Budget”). To the extent that Additional Facilities are designed and constructed from time to time pursuant to this Agreement and the Lease Agreement, the Parties shall agree upon a Preliminary Budget applicable to the Additional Facilities. For the purposes of Additional Facilities designed and constructed under this Agreement, “Preexisting Construction Contracts” shall include any contracts entered into prior to the date that the Lease Agreement became applicable to such Additional Facilities. Any such Preliminary Budget and Preexisting Construction Contracts associated with the design and construction of Additional Facilities shall be attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.
Preliminary Budget. 1. On an annual basis, the school committee may establish a sub-committee to prepare a preliminary budget for consideration by the regional school committee. The budget sub-committee shall be made up of at least one school committee member from each member town.

Preliminary Budget. Once the Preliminary Plans have been approved by both Tenant and Landlord, Landlord shall co-ordinate having a construction budget prepared with a detailed line item breakdown of all costs and contractor fees. Such budget shall hereinafter be referred to as "Preliminary Budget". Landlord shall have the Preliminary Budget completed for review by Tenant within fifteen (15) days after the Preliminary Plans have been approved. Tenant shall have fifteen (15) days upon receipt of the Preliminary Budget to review and approve the Preliminary Budget. If Tenant does not respond within the fifteen (15) day review period, the Preliminary Budget shall be considered approved by Tenant. If Tenant does not approve the budget, in writing, Landlord and Tenant shall have thirty (30) days from the date that Tenant informs Landlord of its disapproval to work with Landlord and Tenant Architect to approve the Preliminary Plans accordingly. If Tenant does not approve the Preliminary Budget within this thirty (30) day period, it shall be considered a Tenant Delay Factor for each day thereafter that the Preliminary Budget is not approved.
Preliminary Budget. Each year the Coordinating District shall prepare and submit to the Financing Districts a preliminary budget for the following fiscal year showing the Services to be provided and the proposed Costs anticipated to be incurred by the Coordinating District with respect to the Services (the “Preliminary Budget”).
