PPP. “Management” in the context of ACEP-WRE enrollments, means the eligible activities or measures necessary to properly manage wetland functions and values (especially wildlife habitat) for which the land was enrolled in ACEP-WRE, for the duration of the enrollment. Management requirements may change over time depending on the habitat needs of the project.

PPP. Facility, ancillary, and anesthesia services for limited dental services may be covered for a Child aged 5 or under and Insured’s who are severely disabled or has a medical or behavioral condition. These services would include: o multiple extractions or restorations;
PPP. As a permanent remedial measure, Shell plans to undertake certain actions to restore the TEGFs to their original capacity: replacing and adjusting floor heights relative to the burner tips, replacing flare burner tips in-kind as needed to address coking to provide for the full utilization and reliability of the TEGFs and upgrading the refractory on the bottom third of the TEGFs to address potential hot spots. In addition, Shell may incorporate additional improvements as a result of the Computational Dynamic Modeling which will simulate air flow and wind speed conditions (“TEGF Repairs”).
PPP. If, as of the Closing Date, any member of the Seller Group has any outstanding loan or loans issued pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) that would be an Assumed Liability, the balance for which has not been paid to the PPP lender or forgiven pursuant to the PPP, then such member of the Seller Group shall escrow any outstanding loan balance with its respective PPP lender pursuant to SBA Notice, Control No. 5000-20057, effective October 2, 2020, and any updated guidance.
PPP. “Specifications” means the detailed, exact statement of particulars, especially statements prescribing materials and methods; and quality of Work for any LLTP or Construction Phase, which are attached in any Exhibit D and include, but are not limited to, Project special provisions and standard special provisions.
PPP. The Promoter has obtained the final layout plan, sanctioned plan, specifications and approvals for the Project from Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality. The Promoter agrees and undertakes that it shall not make any changes to these approved plans except in strict compliance with Section 14 of the Act and other laws as applicable; QQQ.
