Ports. See Charging Stations.
Ports. The device should ideally have additional ports/capacity for attachment of external devices. In addition, the device will be capable of connecting to standard video output devices such as digital projectors or monitors. It is desirable that the device will be compatible with common interactive white board systems.
Ports. Your payment obligation under the Ports license model is based on the number of shared accounts or “Ports” on Your order. An unlimited number of Your Employees can host meetings using Your Ports, provided that the number of meeting participants does not exceed the number of Ports on Your order. If, at any time, Your number of meeting participants exceeds Your Ports, You will be obligated to pay a fee for such excess use. If required, Your Approved Source will generate a bill for the number of meeting participants in excess of the Ports on Your order.
Ports. Port charges are based on port speed connections selected. Options currently are DS3, OC3 and OC12. Port charges are as follows:

If the Port has been installed and accepted, the customer will be charged for a new port installation. Port Cancellation Charges apply when a port has been ordered (does not apply for ports installed and accepted) and needs to be canceled.

Ports. Port charges are based upon the selected bandwidth needed to connect to the HyperStream ATM network. MCI currently offers DS-1, ▇▇-▇ ▇▇▇ OC-3 ATM UNI ports.
Ports. In the event that SDTI creates ports of the Developed Technology to new platforms pursuant to SDTI's license rights under Section 4.2(a) ("PORTS") and VeriSign agrees to support the Port, then SDTI will promptly provide the Ports to VeriSign in Source Code and Object Code form, and SDTI hereby assigns all Intellectual Property Rights in the Ports to VeriSign.
Ports a. Non-recurring charges: A non-recurring charge of $1,000 per port will apply for installation. A non-recurring charge of $1,000 will apply per upgrade or downgrade of port speed. A non-recurring charge of $1,000 per port will apply for de-installation ordered without 30 days’ advance written notice. No non-recurring charge will apply for de-installation ordered with 30 days’ advance written notice.
b. Monthly recurring charges: The following monthly recurring charges will apply per port. The charges are determined based upon the port speed. Port capacity or speed represents the highest attainable data rate into or out of the location at any point in time. Ports. The Ports Group own all the port assets of material value and necessary to run the ports business of the Group as at the date of the Amendment Agreement; and such assets are the subject of the Transaction Security.
