Pool. A grouping on the books and records of CAC or any of its subsidiaries of Advances or Contracts originated or to be originated with CAC or any of its subsidiaries by a Dealer and bearing the same pool identification number assigned by CAC’s computer system.
Pool. An identifiable group of Dealer Loan Contracts related to a particular Dealer Agreement identified on Schedule V hereto, which, for the avoidance of doubt, may take the form of an Open Pool or Closed Pool at the time it is pledged hereunder.
Pool. All of the Mortgage Loans held in a particular Trust.
Pool. A pool of fully amortizing first lien residential Mortgage Loans eligible in the aggregate to back a Mortgage-Backed Security.
Pool. All youth 6 years or younger must have an adult 18 years or older, parent, or guardian within arm’s length in the pool with them (two children per adult). Youth between the ages of 7-11 years may be in the pool without an adult, parent, or guardian as long as an adult, parent, or guardian is in the pool area at all times. All persons using the pool and/or slide are subject to pass a height requirement of 48 inches. Children between the ages of 12 and 17 may use the pool area (as long as all signed waivers, by a parent or guardian, are on file) without supervision as long as they have passed a swim test.
Pool. Open 10 AM to 9 PM or dusk (whichever occurs earlier). Please shower before entering the pool or spa.
Pool. The Facility may be equipped with a pool. Resident hereby acknowledges that, unless required pursuant to applicable law, no lifeguard will be present at the pool, and Landlord shall not be obligated to supervise the pool, or cause the pool to be supervised. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resident’s use of the pool is at Resident’s sole risk. Resident shall abide by, and shall cause its permitted guests to abide by, below-listed rules applicable to the pool, as well as any additional rules posted by the pool:
i. Resident shall follow all rules posted in the pool area. In the event of a conflict between this Section and the rules posted at the pool area, the rules posted at the pool area shall govern and control.
ii. Resident shall not be permitted to have any more than one (1) guest in the pool area at any given time.
iii. No glass containers or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area at any time.
Pool. The Initial Pool Properties plus any assets subsequently added as Pool Properties pursuant to §5.3 of this Agreement and minus any Pool Properties subsequently released pursuant to §5.4 of this Agreement.
Pool. The pool area may NOT be rented. It is for the use and enjoyment of all owners and their guests. It has its own hours of operation and will be available for the use of others, tenants and owners during the reserved time period.
Pool. “Pool” means the outdoor swimming pool, splash pool, and bathhouse/concessions building, located at 00 Xxxx Xxxx, West St. Xxxx, Minnesota.
