Policy Coverage. Each of Party A and Party B acknowledges and agrees that the Insurer’s obligations with respect to the Transactions shall be limited to the terms of the Swap Policy. Notwithstanding Section 2(e) or any other provision of this Agreement, the Insurer shall not have any obligation to pay interest on any amount payable by Party B under this Agreement.

Policy Coverage. This policy shall be applicable to all employees of the City of Kalamazoo employed in the KPSOA bargaining unit.

This policy covers the use by staff of all school-owned ICT and communications equipment, examples of which include: Laptops, tablets and personal computers; ICT network facilities; Personal digital organisers and handheld devices; Mobile phones and phone/computing hybrid devices; USB keys and other physical and on-line storage devices; Image data capture and storage devices including cameras, camera phones and video equipment. This list is not exhaustive. The policy covers the use of all ICT and communications equipment provided for work purposes and equipment which is on loan to staff by the school for their sole personal use.
Policy Coverage. This Policy prohibits City officials, officers, employees, interns and contractors from harassing or discriminating against applicants, officers, officials, employees, interns and contractors because: (1) of an individual’s Protected Classification, (2) of the perception that an individual has a Protected Classification, or (3) the individual associates with a person who has or is perceived to have a Protected Classification. Third parties such as visitors to City Hall are also prohibited from engaging such harassment or discrimination. Any such alleged harassment or discrimination should be reported immediately as provided in this Policy.
Policy Coverage. Coverage provided by this policy(ies) must be primary and any other insurance carried by City is excess. Contractor will be responsible for any deductible amounts payable under all policies of insurance.
Policy Coverage. Current Executive level employees and approved new hires who are homeowners. Homeowner refers to employees who own a home at the origin location. Loss on Sale, expense reimbursement and other assistance is provided for the primary residence only. The home must be a single (fee simple or condominium) with normal acreage for a household and cannot have any commercial value or activities.
Policy Coverage. The following categories of persons can be terminated at-will and have no rights to any of the pre- or post-disciplinary processes or procedures in this Policy: (1) temporary employees, (2) provisional or seasonal employees, (3) probationary employees, (4) any person who serves pursuant to a contract, and (5) any person who is designated “at-will” in any City policy, document, acknowledgement, resolution or ordinance. Notwithstanding any provision in this policy, any regular employee who is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) is not subject to any disciplinary penalty which is inconsistent with his or her FLSA overtime-exempt status.

This policy prohibits employer officials, officers, employees, volunteers or contractors from harassing, discriminating and retaliating against applicants, officials, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors, invitees and members of the public because: (1) of an individual's protected classification, (2) of the perception that an individual has a protected classification, or (3) the individual associates with a person who has or is perceived to have a protected classification. Individuals found to have violated this policy are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
