Policies and Guidelines. The Company’s and its subsidiaries’ conflicts of interest, investment allocation and operating policies and investment guidelines described in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus accurately reflect in all material respects the current intentions of the Company and its subsidiaries with respect to the operation of its business.

You must not accept or make gifts of cash or which obligate the recipient (this restriction does not apply to Frequent Flyer programs). You must not involve yourself in any public or private undertaking which may interfere with the performance of your job or adversely reflect on Xxxxxx Australia.
Policies and Guidelines. 5.1 Any policies or guidelines referred to in the Agreement are not incorporated into, and do not form part of, the Agreement. The express terms of this Agreement prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with policies and guidelines.

It is the lessee’s responsibility to understand and comply with all rules and regulations in the Policies and Guidelines handbook and the lessee’s responsibility to advise any guests or other persons on premises of these rules and that the lessee is responsible for making sure that they comply.
