Pike injury position, The Star is prepared to pay the Employee for any actual hours worked which are in excess of 60% of the work week during their rehabilitation program in addition to their regular monthly payment from the insurance carrier. • No regular Employee will be eligible to receive more than 100% of his/her salary while on this program.
