Physician Sample Clauses
The 'Physician' clause defines who qualifies as a physician within the context of the agreement and outlines their role or responsibilities. Typically, this clause specifies the required credentials, licensing, or certifications a person must hold to be recognized as a physician under the contract. For example, it may state that only individuals licensed to practice medicine in a certain jurisdiction are considered physicians for the purposes of the agreement. This clause ensures clarity about who is authorized to perform medical duties or make medical decisions, thereby preventing disputes over qualifications and maintaining professional standards.
