Photography and Video Release. You agree that ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ may use photographs and videos of You taken during the Course sessions for ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇’▇ own purposes, including marketing, social media use, and use on ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇’▇ website. You agree to notify ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ in writing should You wish to remove consent for photographs or videos of You being taken and used by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.

Photography and Video Release the undersigned, do hereby assign to the University absolutely, the copyright and/or the right to copyright photographs and/or video tapes of me from this event and the right of reproduction thereof, either wholly or in part, and the unrestricted use of thereof in whatever manner the University or its licenses or assignees may in their absolute direction think fit for any and all advertising or other purposes whatsoever, including the right of necessary retouching, tinting or work up for reproduction purposes.

All grants of permission and consent, and all covenants, agreements and understandings contained herein are irrevocable.

A sign must be visible by all entering the booth / exhibit space giving notification of photography or video recording in process. Vendor/Sponsor grants Miami Tax Convention permission to use their name and likeness in photographs, videos, and/or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, for promotional purposes. Vendor/Sponsor and their representatives waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.
