PHONE USAGE. Faculty members shall be provided with a phone in each faculty office to be used for inter-district and local calls related to college business. The District shall pay for all costs related to the use of the phones. Faculty members shall pay all costs the District incurs for long distance personal usage.

PHONE USAGE. Telephone training should be provided by the supervisor and should include the proper way to answer the telephone, placing a caller on hold, transferring a call, and taking a message. Students should limit use of the phone for personal calls and may not make long-distance personal calls from work. Students should limit use of their cell phone during work hours for only urgent issues. Departmental Dress Code Individual departments should communicate what constitutes appropriate dress. Business casual dress is generally appropriate for most departments on most days, although certain activities may warrant something more formal or more casual. Although we understand that our students may not have the funds to purchase new clothes to wear to work, modest, clean and appropriate dress is expected. PHONE USAGE. Due to the Camp’s location, cell phone service is not available at the Camp. Camp staff may permit you to use land lines to make local, emergency, and 911 calls. If Guest wishes to make long distance calls, Guest will either need a calling card or Guest must call collect.
PHONE USAGE. The local phone system is to be used for educational/instructional purposes and for contacts with school officials and parents. Classroom instructional time is not to be interrupted, except in the case of emergencies. All phones are to be answered by school staff members. Parental consent is to be obtained prior to granting students’ access to the Internet, and teachers are to supervise student computer use. School Technology Coordinators will randomly, not less than twice per year, audit (not less than three) computers to determine if they have been used to access sexually explicit or other objectionable material. The School Technology Coordinator will make a report on the computers audited to the District Technology Coordinator and to the building principal. By signing the user agreement/parent permission form, the staff member/student has agreed to abide by the Bath County Acceptable Use Policy.
