Phone System. Subtenant currently utilizes Sublessor's telephone system and related equipment. During the Term, Subtenant shall be permitted to continue to use such phone system and related equipment and shall pay Sublessor therefor with each rent payment hereunder a monthly fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the costs incurred by the Sublessor to own, lease and/or operate such phone system payable with each rent payment hereunder. Such equipment shall remain the property of Sublessor, and shall be returned to Sublessor upon termination of this Sublease. In the event Subtenant requires additional phone equipment during the Term, such equipment shall be acquired directly by Subtenant at Subtenant's cost, which additional equipment shall be the property of Subtenant. Subtenant shall pay, within five (5) days of invoice, all long distance charges incurred by Subtenant billed to Sublessor, and Subtenant's pro rata share, based on the number of phone extensions allocated to Sublessor, of local phone charges billed to Sublessor.

In the event Subtenant requires additional phone equipment during the Term, such equipment shall be acquired directly by Subtenant at Subtenant's cost, which additional equipment shall be the property of Subtenant. This Lease Agreement hereinafter referred to as “Lease” including Exhibits “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof, contains all the agreements of the parties and cannot be amended or modified except by a written agreement. The captions of this Lease are to simplify reading and shall have no effect on its interpretation. Phone System. Amendment One is hereby terminated and shall be of no further force or effect. Tenant shall have the right to use the phone system serving the Leased Premises as of the Effective Date (the “Phone System”) during the Term. Tenant shall pay its actual usage costs for using the Phone System. Landlord, at Landlord’s election, either shall (i) cause Tenant to be billed directly for its actual usage costs for using the Phone System; or (ii) allocate Tenant’s actual usage costs for using the Phone System in a fair and reasonable manner and xxxx Tenant for the same. Tenant shall pay any bills issued by Landlord under (ii) above within thirty (30) days of receipt. Landlord, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, shall maintain and repair the Phone System, but Landlord shall have no obligation to replace the Phone System. Landlord shall xxxx Tenant for any costs of maintenance and repair of the Phone System incurred by Landlord, and Tenant shall pay any such bills within thirty (30) days of receipt. Tenant’s use of the Phone System shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Consistent with Section 4.2 of the Lease, Landlord shall not be liable for any delays or interruptions in the Phone System or the quality of the Phone System. Furthermore, and consistent with Section 6.5 of the Lease, Landlord shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property arising from the Phone System or its use.
Phone System. CONTRACTOR will utilize a phone system that provides custom call reporting, call recording, and real‐time display software suite. CONTRACTOR can track the Customer Service Call Center’s total calls, missed calls, calls transferred, talking durations, and much more. Each category can be analyzed by specific CSR, call group, or aggregated companywide, allowing for a more detailed investigation into individual customer service improvement initiatives. Customer Service Representatives are trained to start, change, and stop services as well as to trouble shoot customer issues and answer questions about charges on the bills. In addition to handling these day to day calls, CSRs are trained to effectively handle calls from deaf, hard of hearing, or speech‐impaired customers by utilizing a TTY (text telephone) Relay Service system.
Phone System. For Enrollments in the Product that occur between March 1 and October 31, 2002 Intersections shall establish and maintain, at its own expense, a customer service 800 number (1-000-000-0000), which shall be the property of DB, and dedicated solely to the Services provided to Customers and Members.
Phone System. For such period of time as Seller, in its sole ------------ discretion, shall maintain its present phone system, Seller shall make available to Buyer that portion of the phone system owned by Seller and which is physically located at the Center on the Closing Date. As consideration therefor, Buyer shall, from time to time, within ten (10) days written notice from Seller, pay Seller a prorata portion of Seller's costs and expenses to operate and maintain such phone system; provided, that Buyer may, at any time, install a new phone system, at Buyer's sole cost, in which event Buyer shall return to Seller all of Seller's phone equipment and Buyer shall no longer be responsible for any prorata payments to Seller; and provided further that Seller shall have no obligation to Buyer to maintain or repair all or any portion of its phone system and Seller, in its sole discretion, may modify or replace its phone system as Seller shall determine.
Phone System. M-Wave shall manage the phone system at the Manufacturing Facility, and provide American Standard with access to and use of same, at M-Wave's sole expense, through January 31, 2005. After February 1, 2005, American Standard shall have no further right to use the phone system managed and paid for by M-Wave, and American Standard shall install its own phone system and pay its own phone and internet expenses.
Phone System. Sublessee has agreed to purchase from Sublessor the phone system and office furniture that Sublessor has had installed in the Premises for a purchase price of $22,000, due and payable in cash or other funds readily convertible to cash upon the signing of this lease. Sublessor shall deliver to Sublessee a xxxx of sale evidencing such purchase in form mutually acceptable to Sublessor and Sublesee. At the expiration of this sublease, Sublessee shall remove the phone system from the Premises and shall be responsible to restore the Premises to the condition they were in immediately prior to such removal.
Phone System. T. Xxxx Price shall provide Client and Participants with T. Xxxx Price's Telephone Inquiry System ("Phone System"), which provides information and the ability to perform certain Plan transactions by telephone, via either a voice response system ("VRS") or T. Xxxx Price telephone representatives. Subject to compliance with applicable laws, all telephone calls will be recorded. A Participant will be able to access the VRS only if the Participant enters his social security number and personal identification number ("PIN"). If the Participant has not entered his PIN and social security number into the VRS, the Participant may obtain information and process transactions through a telephone representative only by identifying himself as the Participant by name, social security number and address.
