Phone System Clause Samples
The Phone System clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, or provision of telephone systems within a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for installing, operating, and servicing the phone system, and may outline standards for functionality, security, or access. For example, it might require the service provider to ensure uninterrupted phone service or to provide technical support for system issues. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear allocation of duties and expectations regarding phone system infrastructure, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring reliable communication.
