Perpetual Term Sample Clauses

Perpetual Term. The Term of this Agreement will be perpetual.

Perpetual Term. The Company’s existence shall be perpetual unless the Member determines to dissolve it. Only the Member shall determine if and when the Company shall be dissolved. Such right is exclusively reserved to the Member even if the Member’s creditor or another Person has acquired part or all of the Member’s membership interest without being admitted as a substitute Member.

Perpetual Term. Subfranchisor shall have the right and option at any time prior to March 31, 2003 to renew the term of this Agreement in perpetuity without payment of the renewal fee under ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ (▇▇) of this Agreement, subject to all of the following: (i) Subfranchisor shall deliver to GLOBAL written notice of its election to so extend prior to March 31, 2003; and (ii) Subfranchisor shall pay to GLOBAL at the time of delivery of such notice, the perpetual term option price of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand U.S. Dollars (U.S. $1,350,000).

Perpetual Term. This Agreement shall be perpetual and the obligations and benefits of it touch and concern the land and relate to the use of the access easement and said obligations and benefits as set forth in this Agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the Users thereto and their respective legal representatives, legatees, heirs, successors, and assigns.

Perpetual Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue until terminated either by the agreement of each of CFC International and Applied Holographics or in accordance with the terms set forth herein or in some other agreement between CFC International and Applied Holographics.

Perpetual Term. It is the intent of the Parties that unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 14.01, this Agreement shall continue in effect in perpetuity.

Perpetual Term. A Perpetual Term starts on the Deed Date if purchased on the Closing Date or on the Initial Term End Date if an Initial Term is converted to a Perpetual Term, and continues during and until the end of the useful life of the Car.
